Full Terms & Conditions

1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.

2. Employees (and their immediate families [spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses], regardless of where they reside or those living in the same households, whether or not related) of Qualcomm Technologies International, Ltd (the “Promoter”), PromoVeritas Ltd (the “Promotion Administrator”), prize provider(s), and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, prize supplier(s), content provider partners, mobile competitors, distributors and advertising and promotion agencies involved in this Promotion (collectively, “Promotion Parties”) plus any person acting in the course of their employment, in a business capacity, in pursuit of any business interests, whether for a fee or otherwise, are not Eligible to enter or win.

3. No purchase necessary; however, internet access and a valid public Facebook, Instagram or X account are required.

4. Promotion Period: The Promotion is open between 12:00 GMT on the 8th of December 2025 and 12:00 GMT on the 15th of December 2025 inclusive with daily periods as per the table below:

5. To Enter: Log onto your Instagram, Facebook or X account (or create one for free at twitter.com/i/flow/signup or www.instagram.com/accounts/emailsignup/), follow @UKSnapdragon___ (on Facebook) or @snapdragon_uk (on Instagram and X), locate the promotional post and tag (on Instagram and X), or name (on Facebook) a friend to enter the relevant Daily Prize Draw.

6. Maximum of 1 entry per person per social media platform during the Promotion Period. No person may win more than 1 Prize.

7. Further Entry Details and Conditions:
a. You must keep your profile on a public setting, continue to follow the relevant @UKSnapdragon___ and/or @snapdragon_uk account and ensure your account settings have all filters turned off and will allow messages from anyone for at least for 1 week after the end of the Promotion Period in order to be contacted if you are selected as a winner.
b. If you enter via Facebook, you must follow @UKSnapdragon___ on Facebook.
c. If you enter via Instagram, you must follow @snapdragon_uk on Instagram.
d. If you enter via X, you must follow @snapdragon_uk on X.
e. Entrants must be the holder of the social media account from which the entry is received. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an Entrant, the dispute will be resolved in favour of the Entrant who is the “authorised account holder” of the relevant social medial account and/or e-mail account holder. The “authorised account holder” shall be the natural person assigned an e-mail address or social media account by (as may be applicable) an internet access provider, online service provider, social media platform entity or other organization (i.e., business, education institution) responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or social media accounts (as applicable). Each Entrant and any potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorised account holder at any time during the Promotion Period and prior to claiming any Prize (as defined below).
f. Normal Internet access and data usage charges imposed by your carrier or online service will apply. You must have an electronic device or mobile phone or other wireless that supports any social media platform site or application. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. If an Entrant submits more than the number of Entries allowed by these Terms & Conditions, and/or if the Promoter suspects that an Entrant attempted to obtain additional Entries by using multiple email addresses, email accounts, social media accounts, registrations, identities or any other method, all Entries submitted by the Entrant will be declared null and void, and the Entrant will be disqualified from participation in the Prize Draw at the Promoter’s sole discretion. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. In addition, the Promoter is not responsible for any of the functionality of social media platforms sites or applications and may not allow you to earn or accumulate entries as indicated.
g. Entries made by any method other than those set forth in the “how to enter” section in these Terms & Conditions are void. The Promoter can disqualify an Entrant if his/her/their conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Prize Draw. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other web site or e-mail address, including, but not limited to commercial promotion subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Prize Draw. Tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Prize Draw, including, but not limited to the use of any device to automate the entry process, is prohibited and any entries deemed by the Promoter, in its sole discretion, to have been submitted in this manner will be void.

8. The Prizes: There will be a total of 7 winners, 1 per Daily Prize Draw. Each daily winner will win one of the following Prizes:

9. Further Prize Details and Conditions:
a. Any warranty is subject to the original manufacturer’s or retailer’s warranty period.
b. By participating in the Promotion, Entrants agree that the Prize is awarded on an “as is” basis, and that the Promoter makes no representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the Prize.
c. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize.
d. The Promoter is not liable for any Prize once distributed/dispatched to a winner and the Promoter will not be responsible for any Prize not received, broken or lost in transit.

n. Hospitality Tickets:
1. Guests must be 18+.
2. Entry to Old Trafford Stadium is subject to the normal terms and conditions of entry to the stadium. All tickets will be “home” tickets. Away fans are not permitted in the “home” section of a stadium. Winners are subject to screening by football clubs based on their conditions of entry and we are not liable if you or any person accompanying you is refused entry because you do not meet these conditions.
3. Winners will be subject to a name check against any football club, venue or sporting Banning Orders as well as the National Police Database for those who may be subject to a court banning order.
4. The Prizes are only available to home or neutral supporters of Manchester United, so all necessary checks/conditions must be adhered to. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner and/or guest on the basis of the findings resulting from a background or information check and award the tickets to an alternative winner.
5. Attending fans are required to not wear opposition colours and doing so may result in entry to the stadium not being permitted.
6. Each ticket is issued by Manchester United subject to the terms and conditions of entry, which are available at assets.manutd.com/AssetPicker/images/0/0/18/154/1219296/MatchTicket-TermsandConditions-2023-241684432905632.pdf.
7. The use of a ticket to enter Old Trafford stadium constitutes acceptance of that stadium’s terms and conditions of entry. The ticket shall remain at all times the property of the issuing Club.
8. The winner and their guests must comply with the Manchester United FC Ground Regulations, found at assets.manutd.com/AssetPicker/images/0/0/18/202/1231570/GroundRegulations_2324_FINAL1690046735426.pdf.
9. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who does not adhere to their terms, checks and requirements, regardless of possession of a valid ticket.
10. The winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guests whilst taking the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if the winner and/or their guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the event/venue. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry from a person who is the subject of a stadium banning order or is otherwise prohibited from attending football matches by any professional association football club or any competent authority.
11. The winner and their guests must abide by any relevant terms and conditions which form part of the Prize. Whilst at the event/venue, they must not: be drunk, intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, underage, be abusive, threatening, make or incite racial abuse, chant, use offensive language, make obscene gestures, throw items, behave anti-socially, carry laser pens, bring animals (except guide dogs), carry offensive weapons or illegal substances, carry candles, climb any structure, make excessive noise, offer any item for sale, damage the venue or smoke. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the event/venue.
12. If for any reason the event is not capable of running as planned, such as cancellation or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which affects the running or conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel the Prize and not re-award any additional tickets to the winner or reimburse any incurred expenses by the winner as a result of winning or accepting the Prize.
13. Once tickets have been issued, the Promoter, will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, illness of a performer or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter.
14. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel/transportation, accommodation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, excess baggage, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs. Travel expenses to and from the stadium are not included.
15. The winner must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or any similar access needs.
16. The tickets are only valid for the dates and times shown; no alternatives will be available.
17. If a booking is cancelled by the winner, no alternative tickets will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.
18. At all times, the Promoter will have the discretion as to how to implement the Prize fulfilment.
19. The resale, transfer or exchange of any part of the Prize is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to sell, transfer or exchange the Prize will result in the prize being withdrawn by the Promoter and the Prize will be declared null and void unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter.
20. All elements of the Prize must be taken as part of the same Prize package.
21. The winner is not a recipient of a Prize until they have been verified and/or notified by the Promotion Administrator. Prize details are at Promoter’s sole discretion. Winners acknowledge that the Promotion Parties do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for, any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions or fitness of any aspects of the Prizes except each Prize is subject to its manufacturer’s standard warranty, if any.
22. Attendance of the player is anticipated but cannot be guaranteed in the event of sickness, delay or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter. The Promoter will not be held liable for any changes or cancellations to the player welcome experience, and it will not be organised again should this happen.

10. Winner Selection: 1 provisional Daily Prize Draw winner per Daily Entry Period will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the relevant Daily Entry Period. 7 Daily Prize Draw winners will be selected in total. For your total confidence, the Prize draw will be conducted immediately after the end of the Daily Entry Period by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service.

11. Winner Notification: Provisional winners will be contacted via the social media account used to enter within 1 working day of Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winners. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winners will be confirmed as a winner. Provisional Winners must respond within 24 hours of initial contacted. If a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 24 hours, we reserve the right to disqualify that Entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.

12. Prize Acceptance: Upon the request of the Promoter, a provisional winner may be required to complete and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release and NDA (“Forms”). In the event that a provisional winner is asked to complete a Form/s, they must provide complete and return the Form/s to the Promoter within 5 working days of receipt, if they fail to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that provisional winner. If a provisional winner is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner. Once eligibility of a Prize is confirmed, the Form/s signed (if applicable) and the Prize is accepted, notification to arrange fulfilment of the Prize will take place on the day of acceptance of the Prizes. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing qualcomm@1000heads.com. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.

13. Prize Fulfilment: Delivery of the physical element of the Prize may take up to 60 days from the date of Prize Acceptance.

14. SUBMITTAL OF ENTRIES: You must not infringe upon the rights of any third party, and the following content CANNOT be included in your Entry:
a. Other than as noted herein, any content providing personally identifiable information about yourself or any third parties, such as an address, phone number or any contact information;
b. Content that is libelous, defamatory, disparaging or tortious;
c. Content that includes sexually explicit and/or explicit or offensive language;
d. Content referring to lotteries or gambling;
e. Content advocating violence, illegal activities, weapons, tobacco, alcohol or drugs;
f. Content that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred, or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age or any basis protected by federal, state, or local law, ordinance, or regulation;
g. Any content that denigrates, disparages, or reflects negatively on the Promoter, its services, products and/or its employees, or on any other person, company, services, or product, or that disparages the Promoter’s competitors; and
h. any content that communicates messages inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which Promoter wishes to associate.

15. If an Entry includes any of the prohibited elements listed above, the Entry will not be considered as an Eligible Entry and will be disqualified, along with the Entrant who submitted it. The above list is not intended to be exhaustive; the Promoter may disqualify any Entry if it contains text that the Promoter deems, in its sole discretion, to be offensive or obscene in any way or not in compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Entry for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion. The Promoter is under no obligation to disclose why an Entry has been disqualified other than the Entry was ineligible under these Terms & Conditions. Entries are subject to all notices posted at Qualcomm.com/site/privacy, including these Terms & Conditions.

17. Provided no objection is received from the winners, a winners list containing the surname and county of residence of the winners will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available at www.promowinners.com/SnapdragonFestive2025. The winners can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.

18. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.

19. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

a. Verify the eligibility of Entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.

b. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.

c. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.

d. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.

e. Disqualify Entrants who tamper with the entry process.

f. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.

g. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.

20. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize for another of equal or greater value.

21. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to Facebook, Instagram or X.

22. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or X. By entering you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Instagram, Facebook, or X, and Instagram, Facebook, or X are not responsible for any element of this Promotion.
23. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to comply with all domestic and international laws and regulations. You further acknowledge that each social media platform/channel may have its separate community guidelines and rules. The Promotion Parties disclaim any liability and/or legal consequences arising from your non-compliance of any applicable laws or regulations, and/or any social media platform guidelines and rules, which shall be at your sole responsibility.

24. The Promotion Parties are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (JS16178), including your acceptance or use of the/a Prize(s) and your participation of this Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence Furthermore, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Promotion Parties from and against any losses (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), costs, liabilities, claims, damages, or expenses arising out of any claim which is inconsistent with any warranty or representation made by you in connection with this Promotion.

25. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.

26. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at: www.qualcomm.com/site/privacy.

27. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

28. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

29. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.

30. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
