Full Terms & Conditions

1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man) aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.

2. Purchase is necessary. Please retain an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry, which must be from 2 September 2025 to the end of the Promotion Period, as this may be required for validation and in order for the winner to receive their Prize. Internet access and a valid email address are required.

3. Promotion Period: This promotion commences on 00:01 BST on the 9 September 2025 and closes at 23:59 BST on the 31 March 2026 inclusive (the “Promotion Period”) , with 7 Monthly Prize Draws as per the table below.

Monthly Prize Draw: Purchase a Participating Pack, scan the QR code or visit www.promoentries.com/butterkist-wicked-2025, complete the online form to provide your details (name, email address, county of residence and postcode) and upload an image of your receipt to be entered into the relevant Monthly Prize Draw.
   2. Grand Prize Draw: All valid entries are submitted into the Grand Prize Draw.

6. Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person during each Entry Period. One itemised receipt per entry must state the time and date of purchase, which must be from 2 September 2025 to the end of the Promotion Period. No household (defined as persons living at the same address) may win more than 1 Monthly Prize Draw Prize.

7. The Prizes:

• Monthly Prizes: There will be a total of 550 Monthly Prize Winners. Each Monthly Prize Winner will win 1 of 550 x pieces of branded merchandise (minimum value £4.59) (each a “Monthly Prize”):

  2. Roundtrip airport transfers to the accommodation set out in clause 7(b)(iii) in Lulea;
• Accommodation in a birds’ nest inspired treehouse in Lulea, including daily breakfast;

1. Guided Northen lights Hunts (2 hours) including a professional guide, roundtrip transfers, fire making, hot drinks, juice, tea and local delicacies;
2. £420/$5,500 SEK spending money if winner is travelling as 2 adults and 2 children;
3. Travel insurance the terms and conditions of which will be provided to the winner in advance of the trip.

The Monthly Prizes and the Grand Prize are together the “Prizes” and subject to the further conditions below.

8. Further Prize Details and Conditions:

• Grand Prize:
  1. The Grand Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of Winner Notification.
  2. The Grand Prize Winner must contact the Prize Provider with 3 preferred travel dates in three separate months during the period set out in Clause 11.
• The trip must be booked within 12 months of receiving the Winner notification. At least 6 weeks’ advance notice of preferred date of stay must be given. The Grand Prize cannot be taken during the excluded dates listed in this Clause 8(a)(iii). Stays may not be booked for the following dates: Between 21^st December 2026 – 4^th January 2027, across any Bank Holiday periods in the UK and Easter Sunday (“Excluded Dates”).
• The Grand Prize Winner and their guest/s will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or additional travel insurance are the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and their guest/s. In the event the Grand Prize Winner or their guest/s is/are unable to travel due to visa or other personal circumstances, no alternative tickets will be issued, and no compensation or other prize will be provided.
• Guests below the age of 18 must provide written parental consent to travel unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• The Grand Prize Winner and their guest/s must travel together in both directions.
• All elements of the Grand Prize package must be taken as part of the same trip.
• The Grand Prize will be forfeited if:
  • the Grand Prize Winner or any guest has not obtained all of the proper travel documents by the date of travel whether specified by the Promoter or not;
  • the Grand Prize Winner or any guest has any immigration complications which prevent them from entering, leaving or travelling within the pre-booked period; or
  • the Grand Prize Winner or any guest r has any medical, legal or any other reason that would prevent them from accepting and participating in the Grand Prize within the pre-booked period.

1. For the avoidance of doubt (except as specifically set out at clause 7(b)), the Grand Prize does not include additional travel/transportation, additional accommodation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, excess baggage, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Grand Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
2. If the Grand Prize falls within school term time and any of the guests are still in school, the Grand Prize Winner must provide (for each of the guests who are still at school) the Promoter with proof that their school(s) have agreed to allow them to attend the Grand Prize within the pre-booked period. The guests’ School(s) must send a formal email or letter to the Promoter stating that they agree to allow the guest to take up the Grand Prize . The letter or email must be received by the Promoter within one week of request. Failure to provide this information may result in the Grand Prize Winner and guests forfeiting their Grand Prize.
3. The Grand Prize Winner will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the Promoter or organisers if the Grand Prize or any other event forming part of the Grand Prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.

• A valid credit or debit card will be required to check in to the accommodation and will be used to guarantee any incidentals such as but not limited to in- room calls or services.
• The Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for any additional charges incurred by them or any guest at any location during their stay as part of the Grand Prize including but not limited to the accommodation, , including, without limitation, accommodation additional charges, costs of meals, drinks, additional nights and services together with related taxes.
• The flights provided as part of the Grand Prize will be Economy roundtrip flights from London Gatwick or London Heathrow (dependent on flight availability) (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties) to Lulea airport, Sweden; Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available; Flight itinerary will be selected by Prize Provider at their sole discretion.
• Once tickets for the Grand Prize have been issued, they are only valid for the flights, dates and times shown. No alternatives are available. Name changes to the flight once confirmed are not permitted.
• Airline seats are subject to availability.
• The Grand Prize Winner and their guests must abide by and are subject to the Airline’s published Conditions of Carriage.
• Travel as part of the Grand Prize must be taken at the stated times; no alternatives are available. Name changes to the flight seats once confirmed are not permitted.
• Lounge passes and upgrades are not provided as part of the Grand Prize;/ Flights cannot be used in conjunction with any loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer.

1. Flight extras are not included in the Grand Prize (flight extras include, but are not limited to, on-board meals and drinks as specified by the relevant airline).

• Accommodation based on 4 people sharing a quadruple occupancy treehouse accommodation in Lulea for 3 nights.
• Accommodation will be selected by the Prize Provider at their sole discretion.
• Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the Grand Prize and/or their guests to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the Grand Prize and/or their guests are aged 70 or over.
• The Northern Lights tour runs seasonally October – March, if unavailable over winner’s chosen travel dates, an alternative experience of equal monetary value will be arranged; the Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon and a sighting cannot be guaranteed.
• All elements of the Prize are subject to availability. Alternatives may be offered depending on availability.
• The winner may extend or amend the trip at their own expense.
• The Prize will be arranged by email between the Prize Provider and the winner. The Prize Provider will make all reasonable efforts to provide the winner with details of the prize at the earliest possible opportunity. The Prize Provider will liaise with the winner to discuss the nature of the trip they wish to have within the remit of the prize. The Promoter will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how the prize is organised. Once the prize details including dates, locations and (where applicable) activities are confirmed, this cannot be amended or altered by the winner.
• The Prize Provider is Element London Ltd. Any personal data submitted by the winner to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with Prize Provider’s privacy policy, which is accessible at https://element-london.com/element-london-privacy-policy-travel-english/

1. Monthly Prizes:
   1. The merchandise will be sent via post to the address provided on entry.
   2. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the Monthly Prize in order for their Monthly Prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects Monthly Prize acceptance or delivery of a Monthly Prize.

• The Promoter is not liable for any Monthly Prizes once distributed/dispatched to a Monthly Prize Winner and the Promoter will not be responsible for any Monthly Prizes not received, broken or lost in transit.

9. Winner Selection:
   • Monthly Prize Draw: The relevant number of Monthly Prize Winners as per the table above in clause 3 will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the relevant Entry Period. For your total confidence, the Prize draw will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service, within 5 working days of the end of the relevant Entry Period.
   • Grand Prize Draw: 1 Provisional Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. For your total confidence, the Grand Prize draw will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service, within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.

10. Winner Notification: Provisional Winners will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 5 working days of the relevant Winner Selection at Clause 9, and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the Provisional Winners. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the Provisional Winner will be confirmed as a Winner. If a Provisional Winner does not respond to the initial contact at Clause 9, within 14 days, we reserve the right to disqualify that Provisional Winner and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner as set out at Clause 9. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.

11. Prize Acceptance: Notification to arrange fulfilment of a Prize will take place within 28 days of acceptance (in accordance with Clause 10) of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a Winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize, the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing butterkist-wicked-2025@promowinners.com within a further 28 days of Winner Notification. If a Winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize at its sole discretion.

12. Provided no objection is received from the winners, a winners list containing the surname and county of residence of the winners will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available at www.promowinners.com/butterkist-wicked-2025. Winners can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.

13. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.

14. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:
    • Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.
    • Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
    • Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
    • Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
    • Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
    • Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.
    • Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
    • Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.

15. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason a Prize and/or any element of a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize or element of a Prize for another of equal or greater value.

16. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry page.

17. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (JS15502) or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

18. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.

19. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. 20. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

21. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

22. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.

23. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Residents of Scotland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
