O2 Priority – Hadestown

Eligibility Criteria: The promotion is open to members of Priority who are UK residents age 18+.

Prize Draw Start and End Dates: Prize draw is open from 23 March – 7 April 2026.

Priority prize draws are open to all Priority members who are UK residents and meet the eligibility criteria set out in the entry instructions on the Priority App (the “App”), but excluding employees of VMO2, or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with the prize draw. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.

The names of all Priority prize draw winners are hosted here: https://www.promowinners.com/o2-2026/. These details are updated as quickly as possible once the winners have been confirmed. Once the prize has been drawn, the promotion will stay live for at least a further 24 hours to allow you to check if you have won.

How to Enter: Tap ‘Enter now’ and you will be automatically entered into the prize draw. No other methods of entry are accepted. Only one entry per mobile phone.

Number of Winners: One.

If you win: The winner will be selected in a random draw and will be contacted via the same email address and/or phone number you used to enter the prize draw from 7 April 2026. Winner must select their preferred date between 20 April and 30 June 2026. If you don’t respond within 48 hours of us contacting you, you will be deemed not to have accepted the prize and another winner will be drawn. The winner will be contacted by PromoVeritas, a promotion verification service.

Prize Draw T&Cs: Entry into this prize draw entitles you to the chance to win a pair of tickets to see Hadestown at the Lyric Theatre between 20 April and 30 June 2026.

This prize also includes:

  • A meet and greet with members of the Hadestown cast and a chance to ‘raise our cups’ for an on-stage photo opportunity with members of the cast
  • An exclusive backstage tour
  • An overnight stay at the Doubletree Hilton – West End in London for two people. This accommodation is based on two people sharing a standard double bedroom with breakfast also included. Please note, the hotel may take a credit card pre-authorisation or cash deposit to cover any incidentals or additional room charges
  • A three-course meal for two people from the pre-theatre menu at Sophie’s Soho including a glass of house wine, beer or soft drink. Please note all bookings are subject to availability. Any additional drinks, meals, or service charges exceeding the value of £100 will be the responsibility of the winner
  • A merch bundle including, two London programmes, two Hadestown London tote bags, two Hadestown logo t-shirts (size to be chosen on the day), two signed posters by the cast
  • One drink per guest at both the pre-show and the show interval in the private area
  • Up to £25 per person for travel

The winner must confirm the selection of their preferred performance at a minimum of two weeks in advance to give Shine Creative Solutions sufficient time to make the appropriate booking arrangements.

This prize is based on two people attending. Children under the age of four will not be admitted into the theatre. Recommended for children aged over eight years. All persons aged 18 or under must be accompanied by an adult. You will be able to redeem for your prize for performances between 20 April and 30 June 2026. Dates are subject to availability; some performances may not be available during this period.

This prize is non-transferrable and non-exchangeable, there is no cash alternative. No alternative dates will be offered. Anything not stated as included in this prize is excluded. Please note that Shine Creative Solutions reserve the right to offer alternative dates to those requested at their discretion.

These terms and entry instructions incorporate and apply in addition to the General Terms applying to all Priority prize draws (see https://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/rewards/o2-priority-prize-draws-general-terms-and-conditions). In the event of a conflict, the General Terms shall take precedence. This prize draw is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
