Sky Blue Line Full Terms & Conditions

1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands and Isle of Man, aged 18 or over. This Promotion is not open to employees, officers, contractors or agents of Coventry Building Society, any member of the Coventry Group, Ear to the Ground, any prize provider, anyone directly involved in the administration of the Promotion, or their immediate family members and household members.
2. No purchase necessary; however, telephone access is required. Entrants should not call on a private line or with No Caller ID activated, as the entrant’s telephone number will be recorded on entry and is required for participation.
3. Promotion Period: Enter between 00:01 GMT on the 3 November 2026 and 23:59 GMT on the 9 November 2026 inclusive.
4. To Enter: Call 0800 059 0268, listen to a pre-recorded welcome message, then after the tone leave a voice message of support for Coventry City FC players and the team’s manager, (max 60s), to enter the Prize Draw.
5. Further Entry Details and Conditions:
   a. Entries must be made in English.
   b. Entries must not include any content that infringes or violates the rights of any third party, including but not limited to, ownership, copyrights, trademarks, patents, licensing rights, rights of publicity or privacy or any other intellectual property rights, excluding that of the Promoter.
   c. Entries must not disparage the Promoter, or any other person or party affiliated with the competition.
   d. Entries must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libellous.
   e. Entries must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
   f. Entries must be authentic and should not include impersonations.
   g. The voice message entered must not have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind or exhibited or displayed publicly.
   h. Moderation: The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:
   i. are in breach of the Terms & Conditions;
   ii. contain any content that is defamatory, offensive, harmful, objectionable or which is otherwise unsuitable for publication including with respect to race, religion, origin, gender or contains any other offensive material which could reflect negatively upon the name, reputation or goodwill of the club, Promoter or any brand partner;
   iii. contains or refers to any unauthorised third-party brand or reference any third-party names, logos and/or trademarks;

iv. it reasonably considers the entry may expose the Promoter, Coventry City FC or any third party to reputational, regulatory or legal risk;
v. contains any audio content which has been created by an AI tool or which has been influenced by AI (such as generated, synthesised or materially manipulated through artificial intelligence, voice cloning or similar technology); or
vi. promotes any political agenda.
i. Entrants will retain ownership of any intellectual property rights subsisting in their Entry. By entering, each entrant agrees to grant the Promoter in perpetuity a non-revocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the copyright and other intellectual property rights vesting in your entry for all purposes connected with this Promotion, including but not limited to display on the Promoter’s website, social channels, in any publicity, advertisement or case study carried out by or on behalf of the Promoter in any manner or medium whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet and any other website of the Promoter or its agents/contractors choosing and use of the entry, or part(s) of the entry and or the Prize, in marketing materials relating to this Promotion (“the Media”).
j. Each entrant also grants the Promoter and its agents/contractors the right to moderate, modify or remove any entry if it is deemed unsuitable, in whole or in part, for display on the Promotion website or in any materials relating to the Promotion. Entrants hereby represent and warrant that they have all rights necessary to grant the licence and rights provided for in this paragraph and that all materials forming part of their entry to this Promotion, and any use of such materials by or on behalf of the Promoter, comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations and do not infringe or otherwise violate the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
k. Each entrant agrees to the inclusion, publication, reproduction and/or other use of their entry by the Promoter, without further notice or compensation, in any Media.
l. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Entrants waive any moral rights and performer rights they may have in relation to the use of their Entry.

6. Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person during the Promotion Period. No person may win more than 1 Prize.
7. The Prizes: There will be a total of 25 winners. Each winner will win one of the following Prizes, allocated randomly:

a. Tier 1: 1 of 5 x pairs of VIP tickets to CCFC v Man United to be played at Coventry Building Society Arena on 01 May 2027, with VIP hospitality for the winner and one guest, including:
i. A 3-course meal;
ii. Unlimited drinks;
iii. Directors’ Box seating; and
iv. One car parking space per pair of tickets.
b. Tier 2:
i. 1 of 5 x pairs of general admission tickets for CCFC vs Everton to be played at Coventry Building Society Arena on 16 January 2027 for the winner and one guest plus one car parking space per pair of tickets;
ii. 1 of 5 x pairs of general admission tickets for CCFC vs Bournemouth to be played at Coventry Building Society Arena on 27 February 2027 for the winner and one guest plus one car parking space per pair of tickets; or
iii. 1 of 3 x pairs of general admission tickets for CCFC vs Man United at Coventry Building Society Arena on 01 May 2027 for the winner and one guest plus one car parking space per pair of tickets.
c. Tier 3:
i. 1 of 6 x CCFC 2026/2027 season training top signed by multiple members of the current men’s first team playing squad.
ii. 1 x CCFC football signed by multiple members of the current men’s first team playing squad.

8. Further Prize Details and Conditions:
   a. Prize Exclusions and Substitutions
   i. Travel, accommodation, meals (other than those expressly included within hospitality), insurance and all other personal expenses are excluded and will be the responsibility of the winner and guest.
   ii. If any fixture is rescheduled, relocated, played behind closed doors or cancelled, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the relevant prize with an alternative fixture or prize of equal or greater value.
   b. Tier 1 and Tier 2:
   i. Tickets will be administered in the full name of the winner and their guest. The winner and their guest may need to provide a valid form of ID such as driving licence when entering a stadium and may be refused admission if they cannot verify their identity as the named ticket holder. The winner is responsible for providing correct details and the Promoter will not be liable for any mistakes made.
   ii. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged.
   iii. The Prize will be arranged by email between the Promoter and the winner. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to provide the winner with details of the Prize at the earliest possible opportunity. The Promoter will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how the Prize is organised. Once the Prize details including dates, locations and activities are confirmed, these cannot be amended or altered by the winner.

iv. Any guest under the age of 18 must attend with the winner and must comply with all venue requirements
v. The winner will receive their tickets via email.
vi. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize.
vii. Tickets are only valid for the dates and times shown; no alternatives will be available. If the winner is unable to attend or cancels the booking after confirming acceptance of the Prize, no alternative tickets will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund of any expenses incurred will be provided.
viii. Dates and times of the matches are subject to change (e.g. if televised match, schedule may dictate).
ix. The winner and their guest will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organisers or Promoter if the match or any other event forming part of the Prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled.
x. If for any reason any match is not capable of running as planned, such as cancellation or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which affects the running or conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion not reimburse any incurred expenses by the winner as a result of winning or accepting the Prize.
xi. Once tickets have been issued, the Promoter, will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, illness of a performer or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter.
xii. The winner and their guest must comply with the relevant terms and conditions of the premise and matches. The premise and event organisers shall have the absolute right to refuse entry to any person who does not adhere to their terms, checks and requirements, regardless of possession of a valid ticket.
xiii. The winner and their guest must abide by any relevant terms and conditions which form part of the Prize. Whilst at the match/venue, they must not: be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, underage, be abusive, threatening, make or incite racial abuse, chant, use offensive language, make obscene gestures, throw items, behave anti-socially, carry laser pens, bring animals (except guide dogs), carry offensive weapons or illegal substances, carry candles, climb any structure, make excessive noise, offer any item for sale, damage the venue or smoke. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the event/venue.
xiv. The winner and their guest must abide by any relevant terms and conditions set by the venue/s which forms part of the Prize. It is their responsibility to ensure that they take care when moving around the match/venue.
xv. All tickets issued shall be subject at all times to the ticket terms and conditions of the relevant Arena. The use of a ticket to enter the match constitutes acceptance of the Ticket Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of Entry. The ticket shall remain at all times the property of the relevant Arena.
xvi. The winner and their guest must comply with the Coventry Building Society Arena Regulations.
xvii. Entry to the Arena is subject to the normal conditions of entry to the Arena. The Promoter shall not be liable if you or any person accompanying you is refused entry because you do not meet these conditions. Winners are subject to screening by the Arena based on their conditions of entry and we are not liable if you or any person accompanying you is refused entry because you do not meet these conditions.
xviii. Those who are on a football banning order, banned from any sports events or on a list of known “hooligans” will be disqualified.
xix. The Coventry Building Society Arena shall have the absolute right to refuse entry to any person who does not adhere to their terms, checks and requirements, regardless of possession of a valid ticket.
c. Tier 3:
i. The Prize will be signed by multiple members of the current men’s first team playing squad. The Prize is not guaranteed to be signed by every member of the team.
ii. The Prize is provided in a standard, pre-determined size and cannot be exchanged for an alternative size.
iii. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize.
iv. The winners will receive their Prizes via post.
v. The Promoter is not liable for the Prize once distributed/dispatched to a winner and the Promoter will not be responsible for any Prizes not received, broken or lost in transit.
vi. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree that the Prize is awarded on an “as is” basis, and that the Promoter makes no representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the Prize.
vii. Any pictures depicting the prizes on any media including press advertisements, posters or TV commercials are indicative only and the actual prizes may vary from the depictions. The Promotion does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of the products or services being offered as prizes.

9. Winner Selection: 25 provisional winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. For your total confidence, the Prize draw will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service, within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.
10. Winner Notification: Provisional winners will be contacted via the telephone number used to enter within 5 working days of Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winners. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winner will be confirmed as a winner. If a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 5 working days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
11. Prize Acceptance: Notification to arrange fulfilment of the Prizes will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prizes. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize within this timeframe, the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing [email protected] within a further 28 days. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize at its sole discretion.
12. Provided no objection is received from the winners, a winners list containing the surname and county of residence of the Prize winners will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available at www.promowinners.com/skyblueline. Winners can object to their details being published by emailing [email protected]. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.
13. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
14. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry/ies (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prizes awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

a. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.

b. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.

c. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.

d. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.

e. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.

f. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.

g. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.

h. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.

15. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Prizes are not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize for another of equal or greater value.
16. Nothing in these Terms shall create any agency, partnership or employment relationship between the entrant and Coventry Building Society, Coventry City Football Club or any prize provider.
17. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the phone line.
18. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (PV20756) or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
19. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, cancelled matches, venue restrictions, ticketing system failures, stadium admission decisions or any other circumstances.
20. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. By submitting a voice message, entrants consent to the recording, storage and processing of that message for the purposes of administering the Promotion and any associated publicity activities described in these Terms. 21. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
22. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
23. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
24. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
