Full Terms and Conditions

By entering this promotion, entrants will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions and shall be bound by them together with any other promotional material.

Where there is any conflict or inconsistency between any other communications (including advertising or promotional materials) and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

The Promoter is Whyte & Mackay Limited, 4th Floor, St. Vincent Plaza, 319 St. Vincent Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 5RG (the “Promoter”).
This Promotion is open to individuals who are: (i) aged 18 years or over; and (ii) residents of the United Kingdom. This Promotion is not open to employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, clients, suppliers, retailers, merchants or associates.
Purchase is necessary. Please retain a Proof of Purchase (see Clause 7 for details) that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry, but between 15th June 2026 and the end of the Promotion Period, as this may be required for validation and in order for the winner to receive their Prize.
The promotion opens at 07:59 BST on 01/07/2026 and will close at 23:59 GMT on 14/11/2026 (the “Promotional Period”). Proof of submission shall not constitute proof of receipt of an entry by Promoter.
All entrants represent that they are of legal drinking age in their country of residence and acknowledge and accept that Promoter shall have the right to discard any entries at any time which are found not to satisfy this criterion.
To Enter:
a. Instant Win: Purchase a bottle of Nemiroff De Luxe Vodka 70cl or 1L from Participating Stores (see Clause 8), either in-store or online. Visit www.winwithnemiroffvodka.com, complete the age gating by providing your date of birth, then complete the online form providing the barcode and Participating Store purchased from, along with your details (full name, email address, postcode & mobile number), to find out instantly if you have won a Prize.
b. Grand Prize Draw: All valid entries received per Participating Store shall be entered into the relevant Grand Prize Draw.
Proof of Purchase:
a. In-store: Itemised receipt.
b. Online: Delivery note or a screenshot of the order confirmation email with the required details.
Participating Stores: a. Tesco PLC, J Sainsbury PLC, WM Morrison Supermarkets Ltd, Co-Operative Group Limited and Waitrose Limited.
Entry into the Promotion is limited to one per person per month and applications from agents, third parties, consumer groups or bulk applications will not be accepted. Anyone entering more than once per month, whether by using multiple handsets, multiple identities or a computerised (automated) system will be disqualified from the promotion. No person may win more than 5 Instant Win Prizes (1 Instant Win Prize per month) and 1 Grand Prize Draw Prize.
The Prizes: There are 230 Prizes available to be won, including 5 x Grand Prize Draw Prizes and 225 x Instant Win Prizes.
a. Grand Prize Draw Prizes: There will be a total of 5 winners, 1 per Participating Store. Each winner will win:
i. 1 x Pair of hospitality tickets for one of the following football clubs: Fulham F.C, Aston Villa F.C or Everton F.C during the 2026/27 Premier League season; and
ii. £500 cash for accommodation, travel, food & drink.
b. Instant Win Prizes: There will be a total of 225 winners. Each winner will win one of the following at random:
i. 1 of 5 x £100 Classic Football Shirts vouchers
ii. 1 of 100 x £10 JD Sports clothing vouchers
iii. 1 of 120 x £25 JD Sports clothing vouchers
Further Prize Details & Conditions:
a. Grand Prize Draw Prizes:
i. The Prize is only valid for the dates and times of the match chosen by the winner. It cannot be transferred to any other fixtures within the 2026/27 Premier League Season. The winner will be able to choose the match from a pre-determined shortlist.
ii. The Winner will be subject to a name check against any professional association football club venue or sporting Banning Orders as well as the National Police Database for those who may be subject to a court banning order.
iii. All Prizes are only available to home or neutral supporters of the Participating Clubs, so all necessary checks/ conditions must be adhered to. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner and/or guest on the basis of the findings resulting from a background or information check and award the tickets to an alternative winner.
iv. The Prize will be arranged by email between the Promoter and the winner. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to provide the winner with details of the Prize at the earliest possible opportunity. The Promoter will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how the Prize is organised. Once the Prize details including dates and locations are confirmed, these cannot be amended or altered by the winner.
v. The hospitality package may differ between club and is subject to availability, however the winner shall be provided full details prior to making their choice.
vi. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel/transportation, accommodation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
vii. The winner will either receive their tickets via email or a hard-copy when arriving at the venue.
viii. The guest must be 18+.
ix. Once booked, tickets are only valid for the dates and times shown; no alternatives will be available.
x. Dates of matches are subject to change (e.g. if televised match, schedule may dictate).
xi. If a booking is cancelled by the winner, no alternative tickets will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.
xii. The winner will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organisers if the Match or any other event forming part of the Prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.
xiii. The Prize cannot be transferred or sold for any monetary gain or other form of compensation. Any attempt to do so will result in the immediate forfeiture of the Prize.
xiv. The winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest whilst taking the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude a winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if the winner and/or their guest act in a manner that is dangerous to yourselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the event/venue.
xv. The winner and their guest must abide by any relevant terms and conditions which form part of the Prize. It is their responsibility to ensure that they take care when moving around the event/venue. Whilst at the event/venue, they must not: be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, underage, be abusive, threatening, make or incite racial abuse, chant, use offensive language, make obscene gestures, throw items, behave anti-socially, carry laser pens, bring animals (except guide dogs), carry offensive weapons or illegal substances, carry candles, climb any structure, make excessive noise, offer any item for sale, damage the venue or smoke. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the event/venue.
xvi. If the Promoter decides, the potential ticket winners and/or any guest may be required to submit to a confidential background check or to provide suitable information to answer questions to confirm eligibility and help ensure that the use of any such person in advertising or publicity for the Promotion will not bring the Promoter into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavourably on the promotion as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion. This will include all relevant banning orders or related incidents regarding the Winner and/or any guest at any venue as required by the government, the police or relevant law enforcement agencies or organisations. Part of this process may also include questions during the claim process and a review of personal information sourced from data available in the public domain.
xvii. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any provisional winner on the basis of the findings resulting from a background or information check and award the Prize to an alternative winner
xviii. Once tickets have been issued, the Promoter, will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, illness of a performer or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter.
xix. At all times, the Promoter will have the discretion as to how to implement the Prize fulfilment.
xx. All tickets issued shall be subject at all times to the ticket terms and conditions for the relevant stadium. The use of a ticket to enter the stadium constitutes acceptance of the Ticket Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of Entry. The ticket shall remain at all times the property of the relevant stadium.
xxi. The winner and their guest must comply with the relevant stadium’s Ground Regulations, found at: 1. www.fulhamfc.com, www.avfc.co.uk and www.evertonfc.com
xxii. The relevant stadium shall have the absolute right to refuse entry to any person who does not adhere to their terms, checks and requirements, regardless of possession of a valid ticket.
xxiii. The winner must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or any similar access needs.
b. Instant Win Prizes:
i. JD Sports and Classic Football Shirts are not sponsors or, affiliated with, or otherwise connected to this promotion.
ii. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize.
iii. The Promoter is not liable for any Prizes once distributed/dispatched to a winner and the Promoter will not be responsible for any Prizes not received, broken or lost in transit.
iv. Any pictures depicting the Prizes on any media including press advertisements, posters or TV commercials are indicative only and the actual Prizes may vary from the depictions. The Promotion does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of the products or services being offered as Prizes.
v. Classic Football Shirts Vouchers:
a. The winner will receive their voucher via the winner’s email given upon entry.
b. Gift cards are restricted to the currency they are purchased in and cannot be converted.
c. GBP gift cards can only be used in UK stores and online.
d. Gift card purchases are non-refundable.

vi. JD Sports Clothing Vouchers:
a. The voucher will expire 24 months after the date of purchase. Any remaining balance unused will not be refunded to the winner.
b. The voucher can be redeemed in-store, online at www.jdsports.co.uk or in-app. If redemption fails, contact JD Sports customer service at https://www.jdsports.co.uk/pages/faqs/.
c. eGift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash, nor can they be transferred to another account or redeemed for any monetary value.
d. eGift cards may be gifted to another individual but cannot be resold or used for commercial purposes.
e. eGift cards cannot be used in conjunction with any discount code or promotional code available at the time of purchase.
f. The winner can use their eGift cards on the UK site to place an order for international delivery, but they cannot use their eGift card to place an order on any of our international sites.

Winner Selection:
a. Instant Win: During the Promotion Period, 225 “winning moments” (days, hours, minutes, seconds) between the hours of 07:59am – 11.59pm, have been randomly selected by an independent verification service. If your time of valid entry is the first to fall on or after a winning moment, you win a prize. If two entries are received at the same time, the entry processed by the server first will be the winning entry. Any prizes not won before the next winning moment are rolled over and will be allocated to the winner on or after the next winning moment and will be available to be won then. There is no guarantee all prizes will be won. Winning moment prizes will be allocated during the main promotional period.
b. Prize Draw: 1 provisional winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries per Participating Store received during the Promotion Period, 5 in total. The Prize Draw will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service, within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.
Winner Notification:
a. Instant Win: The provisional winning entrants will be instantly notified on screen and will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided upon entry within 14 working days. Provisional winners will be required to follow the instructions within 14 days of initial email contact including providing evidence of identity and eligibility where requested. If a provisional winner does not follow the instructions within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the provisional winner and return the Prize to the promotion Prize pool which may be won by another entrant during the Promotion Period.
Any claims received that don’t meet these requirements or are received after the stated period will be void and invalid, and we reserve the right to return the Prize to the Promotion Prize pool which may be won by someone else during the Promotion Period.
b. Prize Draw: The winners will be notified by email attributable to entry on or before 23rd November 2026 with details on how to claim the prize. All reasonable effort will be made to contact winners, however, in the event a claim for a prize is not received by 23.59 on 7th December 2026 the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to an alternative entrant. Selection of winners shall be final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
Prize Acceptance: Once eligibility of a Prize is confirmed and the Prize is accepted, notification to arrange fulfilment of the Prize will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize within this timeframe, the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing nemiroff@promowinners.com within a further 28 days. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize at its sole discretion.
The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry page.
In this clause, “Data Protection Legislation” means any laws, rules, regulations, directive, decrees, orders or other legal requirements relating to the protection or processing of Personal Information in any relevant jurisdiction, including the UK Data Protection Act 2018, General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (“GDPR”) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, as replaced or supplemented from time to time. With regards the personal data of entrants that the Promoter shall have access to and process pursuant to this promotion, the Promoter shall comply with all applicable obligations as a “data controller” or “data processor” (as relevant) under the Data Protection Legislation including its decisions and actions concerning its processing and use of such personal data. The Promoter shall implement and maintain appropriate technical and organisational security measures against the unauthorised or unlawful processing of personal data and against accidental loss, destruction or damage to personal data to meet the requirements of GDPR as applicable, shall ensure the protection of the rights of the data subjects, and shall provide at least the minimum standard of protection required under the Data Protection Legislation. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to Scottish Law and each of the participants shall be deemed to irrevocably submit to exclusive jurisdiction of Scottish Courts.
