Full Terms & Conditions

1. This Promotion is open to ticket holders at the FORMULA 1 PIRELLI BRITISH GRAND PRIX 2026 (“British Grand Prix”) excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian aged over 18 and have their consent. Prizes will be awarded to the accompanying parent/legal guardian of those under the age of 18 on their behalf. The Prize Draw is open to those aged 18+ only excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
2. Entrants must ensure that their participation (including acceptance of any Prize) is lawful in accordance with the laws of their country of residence. This promotion is void where void under local national laws. The Promoter will not be taken to make any representations, express or implied, as to the lawfulness of any individual’s participation, or as to any other aspect of any Promotion.
3. No purchase necessary. Internet access, a valid email address and mobile number are required to enter the Prize Draw only.
4. Promotion Period: Participate and claim between:
   a. 11:00 BST and 20:00 BST on the 2 July 2026 inclusive;
   b. 09:00 BST and 20:00 BST on the 3 July 2026 inclusive;
   c. 09:00 BST and 20:00 BST on the 4 July 2026 inclusive; and
   d. 09:00 BST and 20:00 BST on the 5 July 2026 inclusive.
5. To Enter Instant Win: Head to the Pepsi Activation at the British Grand Prix, Silverstone Circuit, Towcester, Northamptonshire, NN12 8TN, return your Pepsi cup or Pepsi can and play the game to find out instantly which Prize you have won.
6. Instant Win Winner Selection: During the Promotion Period between the hours of 11:00 – 20:00 on 02/07/26, 09:00 – 20:00 on 03/07/26, 04/07/26 and 05/07/26, 1,476 Prizes will be awarded. An algorithm process will determine at random which Prize will be allocated. All 1,476 Prizes are available to be won.
7. Instant Win Prizes: During the Promotion Period, there are a total of 1,476 Instant Win Prizes to be won. Each winner will win one of the following:
   a. 1 of 816 x Free 330ml Pepsi cans (the choice of the can is subject to availability and will be on a first come, first serve basis. See Clause 8 for further details)
   b. 1 of 500 x Pepsi phone straps
   c. 1 of 160 x £25 gift card for the F1® Flagship store
8. Further Instant Win Prize Details and Conditions:
   a. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree that the Prizes are awarded on an “as is” basis, and that the Promoter makes no representations or warranties of any nature with respect to a Prize.
   b. Any pictures depicting the prizes on any media including press advertisements, posters or TV commercials are indicative only and the actual prizes may vary from the depictions. The Promotion does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of the products or services being offered as prizes.
   c. Free Pepsi Cans:
   i. Winners can select which free 330ml Pepsi can they would like and will receive their Prize instantly at the activation. The choice of the can is subject to availability, and will be provided on a first come, first serve basis.
   ii. The following number of Pepsi cans will be available across the Promotion Period: 408 x Pepsi 330ml Cans, 96 x Pepsi Max 330ml Cans, 120 x Pepsi Max Cherry 330ml Cans, 192 x Pepsi Cherry & Vanilla 330ml Cans
   d. F1® Flagship store gift cards:
   i. Each gift card is valid for £25 off purchases at the F1® Flagship store in Silverstone located at Main Concert Area near the Fanzone.
   ii. The gift card is only valid between 02/08/26 – 05/08/26.
   iii. Gift card must be presented at the time of payment.
   iv. Any additional items will be charged accordingly.
   v. Not for sale or auction.
   vi. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
   vii. Any remaining balance will not be carried or refunded.
9. Instant Win Winner Notification: The provisional winning entrants will be instantly notified on screen and will receive their Prize immediately. Any claims received that don’t meet these requirements or are received after the Promotion Period, will be void and invalid.
10. To Enter the Prize Draw: If you are aged 18 or over, once you have played the Instant Win game, scan the QR code on-screen and complete the online form with your details (name, email address and phone number) to enter the Prize Draw.
11. Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person into the Prize Draw during the Promotion Period.
12. Prize Draw Prizes: There will be 1 winner. The winner will win 1 x pair of multi-day Grandstand tickets for the Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the FORMULA 1 BRITISH GRAND PRIX 2027 (“Event”).
13. Further Prize Draw Prize Details and Conditions:
    a. The Prize is for tickets only; no alternatives are available. Travel, accommodation, food, drink, spending money or any other associated costs are not included.
    b. The Prize will be arranged by email between the Promoter and the winner. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to provide the winner with details of the Prize at the earliest possible opportunity. Once the Prize details including the dates are confirmed, this cannot be amended or altered by the winner.
    c. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the winner failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize.
    d. If the guest is aged under 18, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult with their parent/guardian’s consent.
    e. The winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest whilst taking the Prize. The event organiser reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if the winner and/or their guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the organiser, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these rules may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the venue.
    f. The winner and their guest must abide by any relevant terms and conditions set by the venue/s which form part of their Prize. It is their responsibility to ensure that they take care when moving around the event/venue.
    g. At the venue, the winner and their guest will be subject to the venue’s code of conduct, and the Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry and service of any party who appears to be intoxicated or drinking irresponsibly.
    h. If the winner and their guest are refused entry to a venue, the Promoter reserves the right to not permit entry to any future events, and the tickets will not be replaced with others.
    i. The winner must not seek to sell or transfer the tickets, any attempt to do so will result in their immediate forfeiture.
    j. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel/transportation, accommodation, hospitality, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, excess baggage, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions or confirmed otherwise in writing by the Promoter to a winner and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
    k. The winner must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or any similar access needs.
    l. Race dates are subject to change at the discretion of Formula 1. The winner will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the Promoter or the organisers (including Silverstone Circuits Limited) or Formula 1 World Championship Limited (and its related companies) (together, “F1®”) if the Event or any other part of the Prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.
    m. If for any reason the event is not capable of running as planned, such as cancellation or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which affects the running or conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion not reimburse any incurred expenses by the winner as a result of winning or accepting the Prize.
14. Prize Draw Winner Selection: 1 provisional winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received into the Prize Draw during the Promotion Period. For your total confidence, the Prize Draw will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service, within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.
15. Prize Draw Winner Notification: The provisional winner will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 5 working days of Prize Draw Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winner. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winner will be confirmed as the winner. If the provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. A reserve winner may have less time to respond.
16. Prize Draw Prize Acceptance: Notification to arrange fulfilment of the Prize Draw Prize will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prize Draw Prize. In the unlikely event that the winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize within this timeframe, the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing pepsicof1tickets@fuseint.com within a further 28 days. If the winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize at its sole discretion.
17. Provided no objection is received from the Prize Draw winner, a winner list containing the surname and county of residence of the Prize Draw winner will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available at www.promowinners.com/pepsisilverstone26. The winner can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.
18. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
19. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry/ies (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

a. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.

b. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.

c. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.

d. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.

e. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.

f. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.

g. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.

h. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.

20. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Prizes are not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize for another of equal or greater value.
21. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry page and the Return for the Win Machine.
22. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (PV20523) or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
23. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.
24. Any and all personal data provided by you in connection with this Promotion will be used solely by the Promoter (or its appointed agents) to: (i) assist with running the Promotion; and/or (ii) conduct analytics to improve the Promoter’s promotions, products, or services. The Promoter (or its appointed agents) will not contact you for reasons other than this Promotion unless you have provided your express consent; PepsiCo will not use the data for any marketing purposes. 25. Pursuant to articles 15-21 of the GDPR, you can exercise the rights of consultation, modification, cancellation and oblivion, limitation of data processing or you can oppose to the processing of your data for legitimate reasons or for informational and promotional purposes, by writing to the data controller at the aforementioned mailing address or by e-mail europe.privacy@pepsico.com. In case of revocation of the consent given, which can be presented at any time, it is understood that this does not affect the lawfulness of the handle of the data based on the previously expressed consent or on alternative mechanisms to the consent permitted by law.
26. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
27. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
28. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
29. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English and Welsh law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
