O2 Priority – Our Story with David Attenborough
Eligibility Criteria: The promotion is open to members of Priority who are UK residents age 18+.
Priority prize draws are open to all Priority members who are UK residents and meet the eligibility criteria set out in the entry instructions on the Priority App (the “App”), but excluding employees of VMO2, or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with the prize draw. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.
Prize Draw Start and End Dates: Prize draw is open from 6 – 27 July 2026.
How to Enter: Tap ‘Enter now’ and you will be automatically entered into the prize draw. No other method of entry is valid. Only one entry per Priority member.
Number of Winners: Two.
If You Win: The winner will be selected in a random draw and will be contacted via the same email address and/or phone number you used to enter the prize draw from 27 July 2026. If you don’t respond within 48 hours of us contacting you, you will be deemed not to have accepted the prize and another winner will be drawn. The winner will be contacted by PromoVeritas, a promotion verification service.

Prize Draw T&Cs: Entry into this prize draw entitles you to the chance to win one of two pairs of tickets to the Our Story with David Attenborough experience at the Natural History Museum, London. There are two pairs of tickets available to be redeemed before 30 August 2026. These tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, resold or transferred. Additional tickets will not be available.
Once you are confirmed as a winner, you will be asked to select two preferred dates. The Natural History Museum will allocate your final confirmed time slot. You will then receive a confirmation email, which will act as your ticket. Please bring an electronic or printed copy with you on the day. There are no refunds or exchanges if you cannot attend your allocated slot.

Ticket holders will be granted entry for the agreed date and time only. Winners must arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled time. Latecomers may be admitted up to 10 minutes after the start time; any later entry is at the discretion of the Duty Manager. If the winners book a 5pm slot, be aware that the museum will close immediately after the experience finishes. If winners wish to explore the galleries, they are advised to arrive earlier.
Tickets include entry to the museum and permit queue entry. Winners must ensure they arrive at the correct date and time, as tickets cannot be changed. The experience lasts approximately 50 minutes. Children attending the exhibition must be at least four years old. Winners should enter via the Central Entrance and follow signs for Our Story with David Attenborough, located in the Jerwood Gallery (Blue Zone), or ask a member of staff for directions. Mobile phones must be placed on silent during the experience.
Our Story with David Attenborough is an immersive experience, with moving images projected across all four walls and the floor. The show includes periods of darkness, bright lights, high contrast visuals, moving patterns and loud sounds. Some visitors may find this uncomfortable, particularly those with photosensitive epilepsy or sensitivity to light or sound. If you are unsure, please consult a medical professional before attending.
Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed. The experience is designed to be viewed from all angles, and visitors are free to move around the space. If winners require seating or have specific accessibility requirements, please contact feedback@nhm.ac.uk in advance.
The Natural History Museum aims to provide the widest possible access to the experience, including:

- Relaxed viewing times
The Natural History Museum reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the experience, including timing, location or content, to ensure a safe and high-quality visitor experience at all times. By accepting the prize, winners agree to be contacted by the museum with details of your booking.

These terms and entry instructions incorporate and apply in addition to the General Terms applying to all Priority prize draws (see www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/rewards/o2-priority-prize-draws-general-terms-and-conditions). In the event of a conflict, the General Terms shall take precedence. This prize draw is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
