Bethesda Pan Macmillan ESO B&B Gift With Purchase – Full Terms & Conditions

  1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
  2. No purchase is necessary to participate in this Promotion. To claim your Gift, internet access and a valid email address are required. To redeem your Gift on the Elder Scrolls Online platform, you will also need a compatible Windows PC or Mac and a free Elder Scrolls Online account. Further details are set out in clause 8.
  3. Promotion Period: Claim between 00:01 BST on the 6 August 2026 and 23:59 GMT on the 31 December 2026 inclusive, or until all 10,000 Gifts are claimed.
  4. The Gifts: Each valid claimant will receive 1 x digital download code for Elder Scrolls Online. (PC only; not valid on console) (the “Gift”).
  5. To Claim: Visit www.promoentries.com/ESO-Pan-Macmillan-2026-claim and complete the online form to provide your email address and the unique code (the “Claim Code”) found on a stickered Brigands and Breadknives book to claim your Gift. All valid claimants will receive their unique download code for The Elder Scrolls Online (the “Gift Code”) on-screen and via email to the email address submitted when claiming. Claimants must copy their Gift Code and complete the relevant steps in clause 8 to redeem their Gift. As part of the claim process, claimants must confirm that they are aged 18 or over.
  6. If you are unable to redeem your Claim Code, please contact the Promoter by emailing ESO-Pan-Macmillan-2026@promowinners.com before the end of the Promotion Period. The Promoter may issue a replacement Claim Code at its sole discretion.
  7. Maximum of 1 claim is permitted per person during the Promotion Period. No person may claim more than 1 Gift.
  8. Further Gift Details and Conditions:
    a. To redeem your Gift:
    i. Visit https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/en-gb/redeem-code and log in to your Elder Scrolls Online (“ESO”) account, or create a free ESO account if you do not already have one; select “Redeem Code”; enter your unique Gift Code exactly as shown, with no spaces; and confirm. You will receive a confirmation email, and The Elder Scrolls Online (PC) will then be available on your account.
    b. Claimants must have a compatible Windows PC or Mac, internet access and a free Elder Scrolls Online account (the Gift is valid on PC only; no payment, card details or paid subscription such as ESO Plus is required to create an account or to redeem the Gift) to redeem a Gift.

    d. If you are unable to redeem your Claim Code, contact ESO-Pan-Macmillan-2026@promowinners.com before the end of the Promotion Period.
    e. If you are unable to redeem your Gift Code, please contact Customer Support with your account information and the code you attempted to redeem.
    f. The Gift grants access to The Elder Scrolls Online on PC only. It does not include ESO Plus membership, Crowns, any downloadable content, or any console (Xbox/PlayStation) version of the game. Before redeeming, ensure your account is eligible to receive the Gift; a Gift Code redeemed on an ineligible account may be rendered invalid.
    g. Each Claim Code found on stickered Brigands and Breadknives books and unique Gift Codes can be used one time only. Unique codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
    h. Claim Codes are subject to availability and must be submitted before the end of the Promotion Period. Gift Codes have no expiry date.
  9. The Promoter may request that the claimants participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the claimant’s discretion and is not a condition of Gift Claiming.
  10. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your claims (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Gift awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

a. Verify the eligibility of claimants through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Claim or a Gift may be withheld until verification is completed.

b. Disqualify claims that are not made directly by the individual participating in the Promotion.

c. Disqualify claims made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.

d. Disqualify bulk claims from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete claims and claims submitted by macros or other automated means.

e. Disqualify claims beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.

f. Disqualify claimants who tamper with the claim process.

g. Disqualify claimants which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.

h. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.

  1. Claimants must complete their details using their legal name. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any claimant who uses multiple names or email addresses and to require them to return any Gift they may have received.
  2. The Gifts are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Gifts are not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Gift for another of equal or greater value.
  3. No responsibility can be taken for claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the claim page.
  4. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (PV20347) or accepting or using the/a Gift(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
  5. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.
  6. Personal data: ZeniMax Europe Limited (“ZeniMax”) is the data controller for personal data collected in connection with this Promotion. Your name and email address will be collected and used by Zenimax as a part of redemption process.. ZeniMax will use your personal data only to fulfil delivery of your Gift Code (with PromoVeritas acting as data processor for this purpose) and to administer redemption of your Gift Code on the ESO website in exchange for your Gift. The data collected will not be shared with any further parties or used for marketing purposes. Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, amend and delete your information, request we limit or stop processing your personal information, withdraw your consent for us to process your personal information at any time, and submit a complaint to your local data protection authority. Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be retained only for as long as necessary to administer the promotion, fulfil any legal or regulatory obligations, and resolve any related enquiries or disputes. Once it is no longer required, the information will be securely deleted or anonymized. Access to personal information is restricted to authorized employees and service providers who need it to administer and support the promotion and who are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.   7. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
  8. By claiming, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  9. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
  10. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and their interpretation and application will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
