This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 states of the United States of America and the District of Columbia aged 21 or over, excluding employees, officers and directors of the Booking.com (“Sponsor”), its agents, administrators and creative entities, their families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) and its agents. The “NBA Entities” shall collectively mean the National Basketball Association (the “NBA”), the NBA Properties, Inc. and the NBA member teams. The Employees of the NBA Entities, including affiliates, agents and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees, and anyone professionally associated with this Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win the promotion.
This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
No purchase necessary; however, internet access and a valid public Instagram or TikTok account are required.
Sweepstakes Period: Enter between 12:00:00 AM EST on January 19, 2026 and 11:59:59 PM EST on January 25, 2026 inclusive.
To Enter: There are two entry routes available with one shared Prize Pool.
a. Entry Route 1: Log into your Instagram account (or create one for free; you must agree to Instagram terms of use), locate the joint promotional post by @bookingcom and @oldballshow (“Sweepstakes Post”) pinned on @bookingcom Instagram page and comment underneath the Sweepstakes Post tagging a friend and including both #SweepstakesEntry and #OktoTravel to be entered into the Sweepstakes.
b. Entry Route 2: Log into your TikTok account (or create one for free; you must agree to TikTok terms of use), locate the joint promotional post by @bookingcom and @oldballshow (“Sweepstakes Post”) pinned on @bookingcom TikTok page and comment underneath the Sweepstakes Post tagging a friend and including both #SweepstakesEntry and #OktoTravel to be entered into the Sweepstakes.
Further Entry Details:
a. Entrants must keep their Instagram / TikTok profile on a public setting and ensure their account settings have all filters turned off and allow messages from anyone for at least 2 weeks following the end of the Sweepstakes Period in order to be contacted as a winner.
b. Both hashtag #SweepstakesEntry and #OktoTravel must be used in order to be considered as a valid entrant into the Sweepstakes.
c. For the avoidance of doubt, only those who complete the entry requirements (not those tagged in the post) will be entered into the Sweepstakes.
d. Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person per Entry Route during the Sweepstakes Period for a total maximum of two (2) entries into the Sweepstakes.
No person may win more than 1 Prize.
Odds of Winning: Your odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The Prizes: There will be a total of five (5) winners. Each winner will win: 1 x trip to Los Angeles, California on February 12 – 15, 2026 to attend NBA All-Star 2026 for the winner and 1 guest including:
i. Return economy flights from a local airport near the winner’s home address to Los Angeles, exact flight details are subject to availability and the Sponsor’s discretion;
ii. Three (3) nights’ accommodation in a double room at a minimum four (4)* hotel, exact hotel details are subject to availability and the Sponsor’s discretion;
iii. 2 x Sophomore tickets to NBA All-Star on February 13 – 15, 2026. Each Sophomore ticket includes 1 x Upper-Level Sideline ticket each to NBA All-Star Saturday on 14th and to the NBA All-Star Game on 15th (2 tickets in total), 1 x Los Angeles CityPASS® and 1 x One-Day access pass to the NBA Crossover & Concert fan event; and
iv. Return transfers from the winner’s home address for winner and 1 guest to the airport and within Los Angeles (from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the NBA All-Star 2026 event).

The total Prize ARV (approximate retail value (“ARV”)) for 1 x winner and guest is $12,998.
The total Prize pool ARV is $64,990.

Further Prize Details & Conditions:
a. The Prize will be arranged by email between the Prize fulfilment agency and the winner. The Prize fulfilment agency will make reasonable efforts to provide the winner with details of the Prize at the earliest possible opportunity. The Sponsor will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how the Prize is organized. Once the Prize details including dates, locations and activities are confirmed, these cannot be amended or altered by the winner.
b. At least one person travelling must be over the age of 21. The winner’s guest may be aged under 18. The guest traveling with the winner must be 18 years of age or older at time of travel unless the guest is a child or legal ward of the winner.
c. The winner is responsible for the behavior of themselves and their guest whilst taking the Prize. The Sponsor reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Sponsor or any companies associated with the Prize or if the winner or their guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Sponsor, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the event/venue.
d. The winner and their guest must abide by any relevant terms and conditions set by the venue/s which form part of their Prize. It is their responsibility to ensure that they take care when moving around the event/venue.
e. The winner will not receive any compensation if their Prize is worth less than the stated ARV. The total Prize value will be dependent on factors such as the winner’s state of residence.
f. Tickets are only valid for the dates and times shown; no alternatives will be available. If the winner is unable to attend or cancels the booking after confirming acceptance of the Prize, no alternative tickets will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund of any expenses incurred will be provided.
g. The winner will receive their tickets on the NBA Experiences platform before the event. The winner will be required to create an account at NBA Experiences in order to access their tickets.

i. Direct flights may not be available, and indirect flights may be provided. The route is determined at the Sponsor’s discretion.
j. Dependent upon the winner’s home address, the Sponsor reserves the right to provide alternate appropriate transport to Los Angeles.
k. Airline seats are subject to availability.
l. Lounge passes and upgrades are not permitted. Flights cannot be used in conjunction with the Sponsor’s/any loyalty program, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer.
m. The winner and their guests must abide by and are subject to the Airline’s published Conditions of Carriage.
n. Flight extras are not included in the Prize (flight extras include, but are not limited to, on-board meals and drinks).
o. Travel must be taken at the stated times; no alternatives are available. Name changes to the flight seats once confirmed are not permitted.
p. The winner and their guest must travel together in all instances, on the same dates and time, take the same trip and share the same room in all provided accommodation. The winner will forgo the Prize in totality if the winner fails to attend the scheduled booking, and the Sponsor and any Prize providers shall have no further obligation to the winner. All elements must be taken together.
q. The Sponsor will pay the cost of a standard room plus related room taxes.
r. A valid credit or debit card will be required to check in to your rooms and will be used to guarantee any incidentals such as in-room calls or services.
s. The winner is solely responsible for any additional charges incurred at the hotel during their stay, including, without limitation, costs of meals, drinks, additional nights and services together with related taxes.
t. The winner and their guest may require an official form of ID to travel. Any necessary travel documents or travel insurance are the responsibility of the winner and their guest.
u. The Prize will be forfeited if:
i. the winner has not obtained all of the proper travel documents by the date specified by the Sponsor;
ii. the winner has any travel/immigration complications which prevent them from entering, leaving or travelling within pre-booked period; or
iii. the winner has any medical, legal or any other reason that would prevent you from accepting and participating in the Prize.
v. It will be the winner’s and their guest’s responsibility to take out at their own cost all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to be taken.
w. The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the Prize as stated. The winner will be liable for all costs and expenses not stated relating to claiming the Prize.
x. The winner will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organizers if any part of the Prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.

z. Tickets will be administered in the full name of the winner. The winner and their guest may need to provide a valid form of ID such as a Driving License when entering a stadium and may be refused admission if they cannot verify their identity as the named ticket holder. The winner is responsible for providing correct details and the Sponsor will not be liable for any mistakes made.
aa. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged. If, for any reason, any game in NBA All-Star 2026 is not capable of running as planned, such as cancellation or any other cause beyond the control of the Sponsor which affects the running or conduct of further games and this promotion, the terms as stated on the ticket will apply. The Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, cancel the Prize and not re-award any additional tickets to the winner and/or guest or reimburse any incurred expenses by the winner and/or guest as a result of winning or accepting the Prize.
bb. Use of any NBA game/event/exhibition ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket. Seat locations at the game/event/exhibition and, unless otherwise stated in the Prize description, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. The winner’s guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her(their) jurisdiction(s) of residence unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. NBA game/event/exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the NBA and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of the Prize will govern in the event a legal game/event/exhibition, as defined by the NBA, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an Act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Winner and his/her guest agree to comply with all applicable court/venue regulations in connection with the Prize. Sponsor and the NBA Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to the winner and/or his/her guest who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game/event/exhibition. Sponsor and the NBA Entities will not be responsible for weather conditions; Acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any NBA game/event/exhibition. NBA game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as Prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and Prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game/event/exhibition ticket.
cc. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel/transportation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, excess baggage, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Official Rules and neither the Sponsor nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
dd. Once tickets have been issued, the Sponsor, will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, illness of a performer or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Sponsor.
ee. The winner must inform the Sponsor of any wheelchair or any similar access needs.
Winner Selection: Five (5) provisional winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. For your total confidence, the Sweepstakes drawing will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent sweepstakes verification service, within one (1) working day of the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The Sponsor is not responsible for any undelivered messages or emails, including without limitation, e-mails that are not received because of an entrant’s privacy or spam filter settings that may divert any winner notification or other Sweepstakes related email to a spam or junk folder.
Winner Notification: Provisional winners will be contacted via direct message on the social media account they used to enter within one (1) working day of Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winners. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winners will be confirmed as the winners. If a provisional winner does not respond to the initial notification via social media direct message within two (2) working days or does not respond to the first email contact within two (2) working days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected at random. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
Upon the request of the Sponsor, any provisional winner may be required to complete and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Waiver of Liability, Travel Release Form and, except where prohibited by applicable law, Publicity Release Forms (collectively, the “Release Forms”). The provisional winners will also be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 and provide their social security number (collectively “Tax Requirements”) that will be only used for reporting the Prize winnings to the IRS as required by law. The completed Release Forms and Tax Requirements must be returned to the Sponsor within two (2) working days after the date such Release Forms and Tax Requirements are sent to the potential winner, in accordance with the Sponsor’s instructions. In the event that a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within two (2) working days or provide the Release Forms, as applicable, or the Tax Requirements within the requested time period, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that provisional winner. If a provisional winner is disqualified, the Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner, time permitting.
Tax Obligations: The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes as well as all costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being assigned. The actual value of the Prize will be reported to the IRS and the winner will receive an IRS Form W-9.
Prize Acceptance: Notification to arrange fulfilment of the Prizes will take place within five (5) days of acceptance of the Prizes. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize within this timeframe, the winner must inform the Sponsor by emailing bookingcomnbaallstar@promowinners.com within a further two (2) days. If a winner does not do so, the Sponsor reserves the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.
A winners list will be made available by the Sponsor 4 weeks after the close of the Sweepstakes Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available upon sending a request via email to bookingcomnbaallstar@promowinners.com.
Moderation: The Sponsor reserves the right to reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion of the Sponsor:
a. are in breach of the Official Rules;
b. contain any content that is offensive, harmful, objectionable or which is otherwise unsuitable for publication including with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, or which could reflect negatively upon the name, reputation or goodwill of the Sponsor or any brand partner;
c. contains or refers to any unauthorized third-party brand or reference any third-party names, logos and/or trademarks;
d. promotes any political agenda.
Failure of the Sponsor to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision and such provision shall remain in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict with any Sweepstakes details contained in these Official Rules and the Sweepstakes details contained in any Sweepstakes materials (including, but not limited to, point of sale, television and print advertising, or any other Sweepstakes media), the details of the Sweepstakes as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify any aspect of the Sweepstakes, including these Official Rules, at their sole discretion.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants and winners agree that the Sponsor, NBA Entities and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, fulfilment and marketing agencies, website providers and each their respective officers, directors, stockholders, employees, representatives, designees and agents (the “Released Parties”) are, to the extent permitted by law, not responsible for:

a. Lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, undeliverable e-mail notifications, or postal mail;
b. any computer, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability;
c. garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/website/UseNet accessibility, availability or traffic congestion;
d. any technical, mechanical, printing or typographical or other error;
e. the incorrect or inaccurate capture of registration information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information;
f. any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Sweepstakes;
g. any property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in sweepstakes, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any sweepstakes-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property-related cause of action;
h. any and all federal, state and local taxes;
i. entries that are late, forged, lost, misplaced, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules; and
j. for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss, punitive or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Sweepstakes or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.

The Sponsor, NBA Entities and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives, and agents shall have no liability and will be released and held harmless from any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to winner or any third party or damage to personal or real property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by any reason, including the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize and/or participation in this promotion.
Participation in Sweepstakes and acceptance of a Prize constitutes each winner’s permission for the Sponsor to use his/her name, address (city and state), likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, biographical information, and/or any statements made by each winner regarding the Sweepstakes or Sponsor for advertising and sweepstakes purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
The Sponsor seeks to run a fair and secure sweepstakes and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Official Rules, your entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Sponsor reserves the right to bar you from entering future sweepstakes for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Sponsor reserves the right at any point to:

a. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners by requesting such information it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.
b. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Sweepstakes.
c. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
d. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
e. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
f. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.
g. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Official Rules.
h. Cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes.

The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Prizes and/or any element of the Prizes are not available, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize or element of the Prize for another of equal or greater value.
The Sponsor is not responsible for any undelivered messages or e-mails, including without limitation, e-mails that are not received because of an entrant’s privacy or spam filter settings that may divert any winner notification or other Sweepstakes related e-mail to a spam or junk folder.
No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Sponsor does not guarantee continuous or secure access to Instagram and TikTok.
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok or any of the NBA Entities. By entering, you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram, TikTok or any of the NBA Entities, and Instagram, TikTok and the NBA Entities are not responsible for any element of this Sweepstakes. National Basketball Association trademarks and copyrights are used with permission of the National Basketball Association.
By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees: (i) to be bound by these Official Rules, (ii) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these Official Rules; (iii) to the extent permitted by law, to waive all of their rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against any of the Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes; and (iv) to the extent permitted by law, to forever and irrevocably agree to release and hold harmless each of the Released Parties from any and all claims, lawsuits, judgments, causes of action, proceedings, demands, fines, penalties, liability, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) that may arise in connection with: (a) the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, any Sweepstakes-related activity or element thereof, participation or inability to participate in the Sweepstakes;(b) the violation of any third-party privacy, personal, publicity or proprietary rights; (c) acceptance, attendance at, receipt, travel related to, participation in, delivery of, possession, defects in, use, non-use, misuse, inability to use, loss, damage, destruction, negligence or willful misconduct in connection with the use of a prize (or any component thereof); (d) any change in the Sweepstakes or prizing (or any components thereof); (e) human error; (f) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties; (g) lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged or destroyed prizing (or any element thereof); or (h) the negligence or willful misconduct by entrant.
Participants in this promotion (if minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that the NBA Entities and their designees and assigns may use the participant’s name, voice, city/state of residence, photos, video or film clips, and/or other visual likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation (financial or otherwise), permission or notification.
If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, or the integrity and or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is severely undermined by any event beyond the control of the Sponsor, the Sponsor will not be liable for any failure to comply with their obligations or any delay in performing their obligations within these Official Rules if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, earthquake, explosion, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, any federal, state, provincial or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence).

If any part/s of these Official Rules are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Official Rules.
If there is a discrepancy between these Official Rules and those in any sweepstakes material, these Official Rules will prevail.
Disputes; Governing Law. The parties waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding institute in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Sweepstakes. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or the Sweepstakes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the state of Florida.
THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE INTERPRETATION OF ITS TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES. For any matters which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in these Official Rules and/or in connection with the entering of any judgement on an arbitration award in connection with these Official Rules and/or the Sweepstakes, the parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in in the State of Florida. The parties agree not to raise the defense of forum non conveniens.
