Eligibility Criteria: The promotion is open to members of Priority who are UK residents age 16+.

Priority prize draws are open to all Priority members who are UK residents and meet the eligibility criteria set out in the entry instructions on the Priority App (the “App”), but excluding employees of VMO2, or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with the prize draw. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.

Prize draw Start and End Dates: Prize draw is open from 30 March – 27 April 2026.

How to Enter: Tap ‘Enter now’ and you will be automatically entered into the prize draw. No other methods of entry are accepted. Only one entry per mobile phone.

If You Win: The winner will be selected in a random draw and will be contacted via the same email address and/or phone number used to enter the prize draw from 27 April 2026. If you don’t respond within 48 hours of us contacting you, you will be deemed not to have accepted the prize and another winner will be drawn. The winner will be contacted by PromoVeritas, a promotion verification service.

The names of all Priority prize draw winners are hosted here: https://www.promowinners.com/o2-2026/ These details are updated as quickly as possible once the winners have been confirmed. Once the prize has been drawn, the promotion will stay live for at least a further 24 hours to allow you to check if you have won.

Prize Draw T&Cs: Entry into this prize draw entitles you to the chance to win a £10,000 lastminute.com Gift Card.

Gift Card is valid for Flight + Hotel, Eurostar (Train + Hotel), Hotels, and Last Minute deals only.

All lastminute.com ‘Flight + Hotel’ packages (including Last Minute deals) are ATOL protected.

The Gift Card is to be used by, and not after 27 April 2027 and is only valid for payments made through the lastminute.com Priority landing page. The trip departure date can be after the Gift Card expiry date. Only one Gift Card can be used per booking, and cannot be used with any other vouchers issued by lastminute.com in a promotional or refund capacity. It cannot be used for services which require payment to be made to a third party on arrival. It can be used for multiple bookings, until the full value is redeemed. If the total sum of the booking is less than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining credit can be used for a new booking. Conversely, if the amount of the booking is greater than that of the Gift Card, you can use a valid credit or debit card to pay the outstanding amount. The Gift Card can be used to pay the deposit in order to utilise lastminute.com’s ‘Book Now, Pay Later’ scheme, but cannot be used to make later payments.

The Gift Card cannot be sold or refunded, even in the event of theft or loss, nor can it be exchanged for money or other goods or services. It cannot be used to reserve hotels or accomodation where payment must be made directly at the property. It cannot be used to acquire post-sale services once the booking is confirmed.

These terms and entry instructions incorporate, and apply in addition to, the General Terms applying to all Priority prize draws (www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/rewards/o2-priority-prize-draws-general-terms-and-conditions). In the event of a conflict, the General Terms shall take precedence. This prize draw is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
