1. The Pokémon TCG Scarlet and Violet Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to residents of the United States of America and Canada, including Quebec, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Sponsor, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Sweepstake.

2. This Sweepstake is void where prohibited by law.

3. No purchase necessary; however, internet access, Instagram account and a valid email address are required.

4. Sweepstake Period: Enter between 06:00am Pacific Time (“PT”) September 18, 2025 and 06:00am PT October 2, 2025, inclusive.

5. To Enter:

a. Visit PokemonTCGScarletVioletSweeps.com, select your country and complete the online form to provide your details (full name, email address and Instagram handle).

b. Then log into your Instagram account (or create one for free) and follow @pokemontcg to be entered into the Sweepstake.

c. You must continue to follow the @pokemontcg account for two weeks after the end of the Sweepstake Period in order to verify that the above entry requirement (in clause 5b) has been met.

6. Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person during the Sweepstake Period. No person may win more than 1 Prize.

7. Odds of Winning: Your odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner Selection: 10 provisional winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Sweepstake Period. For your total confidence, the drawing will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent Promotional verification service, in London, England on Monday October 6, 2025.

10. Winner Notification: Provisional winners will be contacted via the email address provided on the entry within 5 working days of Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Provisional winners from Canada only will then be asked to answer a timed, four-part mathematical question. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winners. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winners will be confirmed as a winner. If a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.

11. Upon the request of the Sponsor, any provisional winner may be required to complete and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Waiver of Liability and, except where prohibited by applicable law, Publicity Release Forms (collectively, the “Release Forms”) within 14 days after the date such Release Forms are sent to the potential winner, in accordance with the Sponsor’s instructions. If a winner is from the US they will also be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 and furnish his/her social security number that will be used only for the purpose of reporting the Winner’s prize earnings to the Internal Revenue Service, as required by law for winnings of $600 or more. In the event that a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days or provide the Release Forms, as applicable, within the requested time period, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that provisional winner. If a provisional winner is disqualified, the Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner, time permitting.

12. Prize Acceptance: Notification to arrange fulfilment of a Prize will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize the winner must inform the Sponsor by emailing [email protected]. If a winner does not do so, the Sponsor reserves the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.

13. Who Won: A winner’s list will be made available by the Sponsor 4 weeks after the close of the Sweepstake Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available at pokemontcgswordshieldsweeps.com. Without prejudice, the Sponsor will provide winner information to any relevant governing body or authority when requested by them.

14. The Sponsor may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Sweepstake. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.

15. Tax Obligations:

a. For US persons, if the value of the prize awarded is greater than $600 the fair market value of the prize amount will be reported on IRS form 1099-MISC and issued to the recipient. Tax identity information will be collected by completing IRS form W-9 for all US winners of prizes awarded greater than $600. Each winner shall be solely responsible for payment of any and all applicable federal, state, provincial and local taxes for the prize won and customs clearance fees, if any.

b. Each winner may also be required to sign and return certain tax documentation. Where applicable, the Sponsor may require winners to provide additional tax information, as required by law. Unless otherwise specified, the winners will be responsible for any applicable taxes related to the acceptance of any Prize.

16. Failure of the Sponsor to enforce any term of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision and such provision shall remain in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict with any Sweepstakes details contained in these Rules and the Sweepstakes details contained in any Sweepstakes materials (including, but not limited to, point of sale, television and print advertising, or any other Sweepstakes media), the details of the Sweepstakes as set forth in these Rules shall prevail. The Sponsor reserve the right to modify any aspect of the Sweepstakes, including these Rules, at their sole discretion.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in this Sweepstake, entrants agree that the Sponsor and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, Sweepstake administrator, fulfilment and marketing agencies, website providers and each their respective officers, directors, stockholders, employees, representatives, designees and agents (the “Released Parties”) are, to the extent permitted by law, not responsible for: (I) lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, undeliverable e-mail notifications, or postal mail; (ii) any computer, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability; (iii) garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/website/UseNet accessibility, availability or traffic congestion; (iv) any technical, mechanical, printing or typographical or other error; (v) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of registration information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information; (vi) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Sweepstake;(vii) any injury or damage, whether personal or property (including any injury related to participating in a race, or any COVID-19 related illness), to entrants or to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstake and/or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law; (viii) entries that are late, forged, lost, misplaced, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, or otherwise not in compliance with the Rules; and (ix) for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Sweepstake or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

The Sponsor is not responsible for any undelivered messages or e-mails, including without limitation, e-mails that are not received because of an entrant’s privacy or spam filter settings that may divert any winner notification or other Sweepstake related e-mail to a spam or junk folder. Nothing in this section shall exclude the Sponsor, or their respective agents or representatives from liability for death or personal injury caused by the Sponsor’s gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or for any other liability whose limitation is prohibited under applicable law of a participant’s jurisdiction of residence.

By entering the Sweepstake, each entrant agrees: (I) to be bound by these Rules, (ii) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these Rules;(iii) to the extent permitted by law, to waive all of their rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against any of the Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstake; and (iv) to the extent permitted by law, to forever and irrevocably agree to release and hold harmless each of the Released Parties from any and all claims, lawsuits, judgments, causes of action, proceedings, demands, fines, penalties, liability, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) that may arise in connection with: (a) the Sweepstake, including, but not limited to, any Contest-related activity or element thereof, participation or inability to participate in the Sweepstake; (b) the violation of any third-party privacy, personal, publicity or proprietary rights; (c) acceptance, attendance at, receipt, travel related to, participation in, delivery of, possession, defects in, use, non-use, misuse, inability to use, loss, damage, destruction, negligence or wilful misconduct in connection with the use of a prize (or any component thereof); (d) any change in the Sweepstake or prizing (or any components thereof); (e) human error; (f) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties; (g) lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged or destroyed prizing (or any element thereof); or (h) the negligence or wilful misconduct by entrant.

If, for any reason, the Sweepstake is not capable of running as planned, or the integrity and or feasibility of the Sweepstake is severely undermined by any event beyond the control of the Sponsor, the Sponsor will not be liable for any failure to comply with their obligations or any delay in performing their obligations within these Rules if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, earthquake, explosion, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, any federal, state, provincial or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence).

In the event of a Force Majeure event or occurrence, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to abbreviate, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstake and/or proceed with the Sweepstake, including the selection of winners in a manner it deems fair and reasonable, including the selection of winners from among eligible entries received prior to such event without any further obligation provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received. If the Sponsor, in its discretion, elects to alter this Sweepstake as a result of a Force Majeure event or occurrence, a notice will be posted at pokemontcgswordshieldsweeps.com.

Entrants shall not provide any illegal content in the course of participating in the Sweepstake. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, UNLESS PROHIBITED BY LAW, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKE, INCLUDING THE PRIZE, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOTLIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

18. MISCELLANEOUS: All entries must be made by a natural person. Any attempted form of participation in this Sweepstake other than as described herein is void and will result in disqualification, and if such person is selected as a potential winner, revocation of their prize.

The Sponsor is not responsible for any change of e-mail address, mailing address and/or telephone number and it is solely the responsibility of the entrant to notify the Sponsor in writing, at the address below, if the entrant changes their e-mail address, mailing address and/or telephone number during the Sweepstake Period. If any provision of these Rules or any word, phrase, clause, sentence or other portion thereof should be held unenforceable or invalid for any reason, then that provision or portion thereof shall be modified or deleted in such manner as to render the remaining provisions of these Rules valid and enforceable. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules or any prize documents will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.

19. The Sponsor seeks to run a fair and secure Sweepstake and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Rules, your entry (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Sponsor reserves the right to bar you from entering future Sweepstakes for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Sponsor reserves the right at any point to:

a. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.

b. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Sweepstake.

c. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.

d. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.

h. Cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstake should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstake.

20. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason a Prize or any element of a Prize is not available, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize or element of a Prize for another of equal or greater value.

21. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Sponsor does not guarantee continuous or secure access to PokemonTCGScarletVioletSweeps.com.

22. The Sponsor and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Sweepstake (JS15630) or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Sponsor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

23. The Sponsor will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.

24. All personal data supplied for this Sweepstake will be used for the purpose of this Sweepstake and for research and analytical purposes by the Sponsor and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Sweepstake. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. 25. If any part/s of these Rules are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

26. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Rules.

27. If there is a discrepancy between these Rules and those in any Sweepstakes material, these Rules will prevail.

28. US residents only:

a. Disputes; Governing Law. The parties waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Sweepstakes. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or the Sweepstakes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the state of Washington.

10. Notification aux gagnants ou gagnantes : Les gagnantes et gagnants provisoires recevront un message à l’adresse courriel indiquée au moment de leur participation dans les cinq (5) jours ouvrables suivant leur sélection et ils devront fournir des preuves de leur identité et de leur admissibilité. Il sera ensuite demandé aux gagnantes et gagnants provisoires du Canada seulement de répondre à une question réglementaire d’arithmétique en quatre parties. 15. Obligations fiscales :

a. 8. Winner Selection: 20 provisional winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Sweepstake Period. For your total confidence, the Sweepstake will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent Promotional verification service, in London on Tuesday September 30, 2025.

9. Winner Notification: Provisional winners will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 5 working days of Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winners. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winners will be confirmed as the winners. Descalificar las participaciones que hayan superado el máximo permitido, o aquellas que utilicen técnicas como «scripts», «fuerza bruta», varias tarjetas SIM para participaciones mediante mensajes de texto, enmascaramiento de la identidad mediante la manipulación de las direcciones IP, uso de alias o identidades que no sean propios, o cualquier otro medio.

f. Descalificar a los participantes que manipulen el proceso de participación.

g. Descalificar las participaciones que, de algún otro modo, no cumplan los requisitos de este Reglamento.

h. Cancelar, modificar o suspender el Sorteo si no se puede llevar a cabo como estaba previsto debido, entre otros motivos, a manipulación, intervención no autorizada, fraude, deshonestidad, fallo técnico o cualquier otra causa ajena al control del Patrocinador, que perjudique o afecte la administración, seguridad, equidad, integridad o realización adecuadas de este Sorteo.

19. Los Premios no se pueden transferir, intercambiar ni canjear por dinero ni por cualquier otra forma de compensación. Si, por cualquier motivo, un Premio o cualquiera de sus elementos no están disponibles, el Patrocinador se reserva el derecho, a su exclusivo criterio, de cambiar ese Premio o elemento del Premio por otro de igual o mayor valor.

20. No se aceptará ninguna responsabilidad por participaciones perdidas, tardías, alteradas, dañadas, incompletas o enviadas a una dirección incorrecta o que no puedan enviarse por motivos técnicos, de entrega o de cualquier otra índole. No se admite el comprobante de envío como prueba de recepción. El Patrocinador no garantiza el acceso continuo o seguro a PokemonTCGScarletVioletSweeps.com.

21. El Patrocinador y sus agencias y sociedades vinculadas quedan eximidos de toda responsabilidad por pérdidas (incluidas, entre otras, las pérdidas indirectas, especiales o consecuentes, o el lucro cesante), los gastos o daños sufridos o incurridos (con independencia de que deriven o no de la negligencia de una persona) en relación con este Sorteo (JS15630) o la aceptación o uso de los Premios, con excepción de las responsabilidades que no puedan excluirse por ley. No se exime al Patrocinador de responsabilidad en caso de fallecimiento o lesiones personales como consecuencia de su negligencia.

22. El Patrocinador no se hará responsable del incumplimiento o el retraso en el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones por motivos ajenos a su control razonable que incluyen, entre otros, actos de Fuerza mayor, epidemias o pandemias mundiales o regionales, fenómenos meteorológicos adversos, incendios, disputas laborales, guerras, actividades terroristas, hostilidades, inestabilidades políticas, disturbios, revueltas civiles, plagas, otros desastres naturales o cualquier otra circunstancia.

23. Todos los datos personales proporcionados para este Sorteo serán utilizados por el Patrocinador o un agente designado por este para los fines del mismo y para fines analíticos y de investigación que ayuden con la gestión del Sorteo. Los datos personales no se divulgarán a un tercero que no tenga relación, a menos que el participante dé su consentimiento. Los datos personales se tratarán de acuerdo con la política de privacidad del Patrocinador, que se puede consultar en https://www.pokemon.com/el/legal/aviso-sobre-la-privacidad.

24. Si cualquier parte de este Reglamento se declara inválida, ilegal o inexigible, esto no afectará la plena vigencia del resto de las disposiciones.

25. Al participar, se considerará que aceptas regirte por este Reglamento.

26. Si existiese una discrepancia entre este Reglamento y la información incluida en cualquier material del Sorteo, prevalecerá este Reglamento.

27. Estos Términos y condiciones se regirán por las leyes vigentes en el país correspondiente de cada participante, y su interpretación y aplicación quedarán sujetas a la exclusiva jurisdicción de los tribunales del país correspondiente en el que residen.
