Amex Wimbledon More Machine – Full Terms & Conditions

  1. This Promotion is open to court ticket and grounds pass holders at Wimbledon 2026 aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents, anyone professionally associated with this Promotion and employees of Wimbledon.
  2. Entrants must ensure that their participation (including acceptance of any Prize) is lawful in accordance with the laws of their country of residence. This promotion is void where void under local national laws. The Promoter will not be taken to make any representations, express or implied, as to the lawfulness of any individual’s participation, or as to any other aspect of any Promotion.
  3. No purchase necessary.
  4. Promotion Period: Enter daily between 10:00 BST and 21:00 BST (the “Daily Entry Period”) from 29 June 2026 to the 12 July 2026 inclusive.
  5. To Enter: Locate the American Express More Machine in the Amex Pavilion at Wimbledon 2026. The surname and county of residence of each entrant will be collected pre-entry. A minimum of the first 678 entrants each day on 29/06/26 and 30/06/26, the first 713 entrants on 01/07/26, the first 715 entrants on 02/07/26, the first 744 entrants on 03/07/26, the first 745 entrants on 04/07/26, the first 721 entrants on 05/07/26, the first 710 entrants on 06/07/26, the first 709 entrants on 07/07/26, the first 630 entrants per day on 08/07/26 and 09/07/26, the first 655 entrants on 10/07/26, the first 654 entrants on 11/07/26 and the first 652 entrants on 12/07/26 to correctly answer a question on the Machine will receive a Prize.
  6. Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person per Daily Entry Period. No person may win more than 1 prize per day.
  7. The Prizes: There will be a minimum of 678 winners each day on 29/06/26 and 30/06/26, a minimum of 713 winners on 01/07/26, a minimum of 715 winners on 02/07/26, a minimum of 744 winners on 03/07/26, a minimum of 745 winners on 04/07/26, a minimum of 721 winners on 05/07/26, a minimum of 710 winners on 06/07/26, a minimum of 709 winners on 07/07/26, a minimum of 630 winners per day on 08/07/26 and 09/07/26, a minimum of 655 entrants on 10/07/26, a minimum of 654 winners on 11/07/26 and a minimum of 652 winners on 12/07/26, a minimum of 9,634 in total across the Promotion Period. The functioning of the American Express More Machine will be assisted by American Express staff who will help guests to enter and will be managing Prize redemption (“Brand Ambassadors”).

  1. Further Prize Details and Conditions:
    a. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree that the Prize is awarded as described in these Terms and Conditions, and that the Promoter makes no representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the Prize.
    b. Any pictures depicting the prizes on any media including press advertisements, posters or TV commercials are indicative only and the actual prizes may vary from the depictions. The Promotion does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of the products or services being offered as prizes.

c. Drinks vouchers:
i. The relevant Prize Slip given by the American Express More Machine (the “Drinks Voucher”) can be redeemed for a drink worth up to £10.75 at the Spin Serve Bar, at the Amex Pavilion at Wimbledon 2026.
ii. The Drinks Voucher must be redeemed at the Spin Serve Bar on the same day it is won. The Spin Serve Bar is open from 10:00 until 21:00 each day, or until 30 mins after the tennis finishes on that day.
iii. Winners will not receive any refund if the Drinks Voucher is not used or not used to the full amount.
iv. The Drinks Voucher can be redeemed on one transaction only. There is no minimum spend.
v. You must drink responsibly. The Bar reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol to those who are intoxicated.

d. All ticket winners:
i. Tickets are valid for the date and time stated; no alternatives are available.
ii. The tickets are valid for the winner and 1 guest.
iii. The prize is for tickets only.
iv. The winner and their guest must abide by any relevant terms and conditions which form part of the Prize. Whilst at the event/venue, they must not: be drunk, intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, underage, be abusive, threatening, make or incite racial abuse, chant, use offensive language, make obscene gestures, throw items, behave anti-socially, carry laser pens, bring animals (except guide dogs), carry offensive weapons or illegal substances, carry candles, climb any structure, make excessive noise, offer any item for sale, damage the venue or smoke. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the event/venue.
v. The winner and their guest must abide by any relevant terms and conditions set by the venue/s which form part of their Prize. It is their responsibility to ensure that they take care when moving around the event/venue.
vi. The winner will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organisers if any event forming part of the prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.
vii. If for any reason the event is not capable of running as planned, such as cancellation or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which affects the running or conduct of this promotion, the Promoter will not reimburse any incurred expenses by the winner as a result of winning or accepting the Prize.
viii. The Promoter, is not liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, illness of a performer or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter.
ix. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel/transportation, accommodation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, excess baggage, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.

  4. Participants in the promotion agree to be bound by Silverstone Circuits Limited’s (the “Event Organiser”) event terms and conditions, including any applicable age restrictions. The Event Organiser, event personnel and staff and its agents, each reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to remove or revoke full or partial access to the event, to any winner and/or guests who do not comply with the Event Organiser’s terms and conditions.

The winner will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organisers (including Silverstone Circuits Limited) or Formula One World Championship Limited (and its related companies) (together, “F1®”) if the FORMULA 1 PIRELLI BRITISH GRAND PRIX 2026 or any other part of the Prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.
  8. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include transport, accommodation, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize, including F1®, will be responsible for any such costs.
  9. Prize Claiming: If you receive a winning ticket, you will be required to follow the instructions on the ticket to redeem your Prize. Failure to follow the instructions on the ticket, or submitting a claim after the Promotion Period, will result in the claim being rejected and the Prize being forfeited.
  10. Provided no objection is received from the ticket winners, a winners list containing the surname and county/region of residence of the ticket winners will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available by sending a request via email to AmexMoreMachine26@gmail.com. Winners can object to their details being published by emailing AmexMoreMachine26@gmail.com. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.
  11. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
  12. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry/ies (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

a. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.

b. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.

c. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.

d. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.

e. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.

f. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.

  1. Entrants must complete their details using their legal name. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who uses multiple names or email addresses and to require them to return any Prize they may have won.
  2. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason a Prize or any element of a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute that Prize or element of the Prize for another of equal or greater value.
  3. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the American Express More Machine.
  4. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained where the Promoter is not at fault or for any losses which were not reasonably foreseeable or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter in connection with this Promotion (PV20416) or accepting or using the/a Prize(s). Nothing will exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
  5. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.
