f. Descalificar a los participantes que manipulen el proceso de participación.

g. Descalificar las participaciones que, de algún otro modo, no cumplan los requisitos de los presentes Términos y condiciones.

El Premio no se puede transferir ni intercambiar. Si, por cualquier motivo, el Premio no está disponible o se experimentan dificultades para su entrega por cualquier motivo, el Promotor se reserva el derecho, a su exclusivo criterio, de sustituirlo por otro de igual o mayor valor (incluida una alternativa en efectivo).
No se aceptará ninguna responsabilidad por participaciones perdidas, tardías, alteradas, dañadas, incompletas o enviadas a una dirección incorrecta o que no puedan enviarse por motivos técnicos, de entrega o de cualquier otra índole. No se admite el comprobante de envío como prueba de recepción. El Promotor no garantiza el acceso continuo o seguro a TikTok.
Tiktok no patrocina, respalda ni administra en modo alguno esta Promoción, ni tiene relación con ella. Al participar, estás facilitando tus datos al Promotor y no a TikTok. TikTok no es responsable de la gestión ni de la entrega de esta Promoción.
El Promotor y sus agencias y sociedades vinculadas quedan eximidos de toda responsabilidad por pérdidas (incluidas, entre otras, las pérdidas indirectas, especiales o consecuentes, o el lucro cesante), los gastos o daños sufridos o incurridos (con independencia de que deriven o no de la negligencia de una persona) en relación con esta Promoción (PV20452) o la aceptación o uso de los Premios, con excepción de las responsabilidades que no puedan excluirse por ley. No se exime al Promotor de responsabilidad en caso de fallecimiento o lesiones personales como consecuencia de su negligencia.
El Promotor no se hará responsable del incumplimiento o el retraso en el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones por motivos ajenos a su control razonable que incluyen, entre otros, fuerza mayor, epidemias o pandemias mundiales o regionales, fenómenos meteorológicos adversos, incendios, disputas laborales, guerras, actividades terroristas, hostilidades, inestabilidades políticas, disturbios, revueltas civiles, plagas, otros desastres naturales o cualquier otra circunstancia.

Si cualquier parte de estos Términos y condiciones se declara inválida, ilegal o inexigible, esto no afectará la plena vigencia del resto de las disposiciones.
Al participar, se considerará que el participante acepta y queda sujeto a estos Términos y condiciones.
Si existiese una discrepancia entre estos Términos y condiciones y la información incluida en cualquier material promocional, prevalecerán estos Términos y condiciones.
Estos Términos y condiciones se rigen por la legislación inglesa, y su interpretación y aplicación quedarán sujetas a la jurisdicción exclusiva de los tribunales de Inglaterra y Gales.
