6. 応募方法：Summer Sonic Festival 2026の「Amex Experience」エリアにお越しください。壁から1羽カモメを選んでいただきます。その下を見ると直ちに当選の可否が確認できます。当選カモメを引き当てた方には引換券が手渡されますのでそれを「Shore Store」に渡して賞品をお受け取りください。当選のなかった、あるいは引き取られなかった賞品は、翌日の応募期間に繰り越しとなります。プロモーターは状況に応じて、プロモーション期間中の各日の賞品数を増やす権利を留保します。
7. プロモーション期間中、応募はお一人につき1日1回までとさせていただきます。1人が獲得できる賞品は1つまでとします。

10. 賞品についての詳細および条件：
    a. 本プロモーションに参加することにより、応募者は、賞品が「現状有姿」で授与されること、およびプロモーターが賞品に関していかなる性質の表明または保証も行わないことに同意するものとします。

12. 当選者は、賞品の受領および使用に伴うあらゆる税金に責任を負います。

16. 紛失、遅延、破損、損傷、誤配、または不完全な応募、または技術的、配信、またはその他の理由で届かなかった応募については、いかなる責任も負いません。送信の証拠は受領の証拠としては受け付けられません。プロモーターは、Hook a Gullゲームへの継続的なアクセスを保証しません。
17. プロモーターならびに関連代理店および会社は、法律で除外できない賠償責任を除き、このプロモーション（PV20601）または賞品の受諾または使用に関連して被ったまたは受けた（いかなる者の過失に起因するか否かにかかわらず）損失（間接的、特別、または結果的損失または利益の損失を含むがそれに限定されない）、費用または損害についても責任を負いません。プロモーターの過失により死亡または身体傷害が発生した場合、プロモーターの賠償責任が免除されることはありません。

6. To Enter: Head to the Amex Experience at the Summer Sonic Festival 2026. Participants must successfully choose a gull from the wall and look at the bottom to find out instantly if you have won. If you choose a prize-winning gull, you will receive a token to claim your prize at the Shore Store. Unwon/unclaimed Prizes will be rolled over to the next Daily Entry Period. The Promoter reserves the right to increase the number of Prizes available to be won each day during the Promotion Period if situations require it.
7. Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person per day during the Promotion Period. No person may win more than 1 Prize.
8. The Prizes: There will be a minimum of 784 winners on 14/08/26, and a minimum of 783 winners on 15/08/26 and 16/08/26, a total of 2,350 winners. Each winner will win 1 of the following Prizes, allocated randomly:

9. All winning gulls have been made available to be won in a fair and random process.
10. Further Prize Details and Conditions:
    a. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree that the Prize is awarded on an “as is” basis, and that the Promoter makes no representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the Prize.
    b. The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the Prize as stated. The winner will be liable for all costs and expenses not stated relating to claiming the prize.

11. Prize Claiming: If you receive a winning gull, you will be required to follow the instructions provided by the Brand Ambassador immediately in order to redeem your Prize. Any claims received that do not meet these requirements or are received after the Promotion Period, will be void and invalid.
12. The winner is responsible for any taxes associated with accepting and/or using the Prize.
13. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
14. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry/ies (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

a. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.

b. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.

c. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.

15. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason a Prize and/or any element of a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize or element of the Prize for another of equal or greater value.
16. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous access to the Hook a Gull game.
17. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (PV20601) or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.

20. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
21. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
22. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
23. These Terms & Conditions are governed by Japanese law, and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
