
Lindt Win a Suitcase – Full Terms and Conditions
- These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the promotion “Lindt Win a Suitcase” (hereinafter the “Promotion”), organised by Lindt & Sprüngli (Schweiz) AG, Seestrasse 204, 8802 Kilchberg, Switzerland, (hereinafter referred to as “Promoter”).
- This Promotion is open to those aged 18 or over and those who have full legal capacity (Handlungsfähigkeit gemäss Art. 13 ZGB), excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
- Entrants must ensure that their participation (including acceptance of any prize) is lawful in accordance with the laws of their country of residence. This Promotion is void where void under local national laws. The Promoter will not be taken to make any representations, express or implied, as to the lawfulness of any individual’s participation, or as to any other aspect of any Promotion.
- This Promotion is void where local laws or regulations prohibit such participation.
- A minimum purchase of Lindt products to the value of 50 CHF is required to participate in the Promotion. Please retain an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry, but within the Promotion Period, as this may be required for validation and in order for the winner to receive their Prize.
- Please note that while we want to encourage you to participate and enjoy the benefits of the Promotion we believe in responsible consumption of our products. DO NOT purchase more product than you can reasonably use or consume just to participate in this Promotion.
- Promotion Period: Purchase and enter the Promotion between 08:00 CEST and 17:00 CEST each day from the 4 June 2026 up to and including 31 July 2026.
- To Enter: To enter the Promotion, participants must meet all of the following requirements during the Promotion period:
a. Make a purchase of 50 CHF or more on Lindt products at one of the Participating Stores as listed in Clause 9 (“Eligible Products”). Each purchase of 50 CHF on Eligible Products entitles the participant to one entry. Multiple entries are permitted (e.g., a purchase of CHF 100 entitles the participant to two entries);
b. Visit ZRH Walkthrough Level 2 at Zurich Airport, Flughafenstrasse, 8058 Zürich, to present the purchasing receipt of the Eligible Products to receive 1 scratchcard per 50 CHF spent on Eligible Products.
c. Scratch the scratchcard to find out instantly if you have won a Prize.
d. By entering the Promotion, participants confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. - Participating Stores: The following stores at Zurich Airport, Flughafenstrasse, 8058 Zürich, Switzerland:
a. ZRH Walkthrough Level 1 (CHWA)
b. ZRH Walkthrough Level 2 (CHWB)
c. Lindt Boutique ZRH (CHXR)
d. ZRH Chocolate Island (CHXH)
e. ZRH The Spirit of Switzerland (CHXQ)
f. ZRH The Spirit of Switzerland L2 (CHYR)
g. ZRH Walkthrough Level 2 (CHWB) - Each entry must be accompanied by an itemised receipt. One itemised receipt per entry. Receipt must state the time and date of purchase, which must pre-date the entry date and time, but be within the Promotion Period.
- The Prizes: A total of 11 winning scratchcards will be fairly and randomly distributed under the supervision of an independent party. The prizes comprise the following:
a. Tier 1 Prize: There will be 1 winner. The winner will win 1 x Rimowa Cabin suitcase in Aluminium, worth 1280 CHF.
b. Tier 2 Prize: There will be a total of 10 winners. Each winner will win 1 x Lindt Pistachio Range packages, each worth 120.50 CHF. - Further Prize Details and Conditions:
a. Tier 1 Prize:
i. If you have a winning scratchcard for Tier 1 Prize, send a photo of your winning scratchcard together with your contact details (name, postal address, email address, and telephone number) to the email address displayed on the scratchcard in order to claim your Prize.
ii. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when confirming acceptance of the Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize.
iii. The Promoter is not liable for any Prize once distributed/dispatched to a winner and the Promoter will not be responsible for any Prize not received, broken or lost in transit, unless such loss or damage is caused by the Promoter’s intent or gross negligence.
iv. The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the Prize as stated. The winner will be liable for all costs and expenses not stated relating to claiming the Prize.
v. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree that the Prize is awarded on an “as is” basis, and that the Promoter makes no representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the Prize.

b. Tier 2 Prize:
i. The winner will receive the Prize immediately on-site upon presenting their Tier 2 Prize winning scratchcard to the Lindt brand ambassador in at the participating store.
ii. The package will include: Lindt LINDOR 387g Assorted Pistachio, Lindt Napolitains 400g Assorted Pistachio, Lindt Gold Bar Milk Almond Pistachio 300g, Lindt Maxi Plaisir Almond Pistachio 150g, Lindt Dubai Style Chocolate Bar 145g. - All winning scratchcards have been made available to be won in a fair and random process.
- Transferability of winning scratchcard: Winning scratchcards must not be sold for commercial gain in any way, including on online auction sites. If the Promoter becomes aware that a winning scratchcard has been made available for sale, bought or sold, the Promoter reserves the right to refuse to redeem the winning scratchcard without payment of compensation to the entrant who submits the relevant winning scratchcard for verification as a valid win.
- Prize Claiming:
a. Tier 1 Prize: If you find a Tier 1 Prize winning scratchcard, you will be required to follow the instructions on the winning ticket within 5 working days, providing your name, postal address, email address, telephone number and a scan or photo of your winning scratchcard. This data will be processed by the Promoter solely for the purpose of Prize verification and delivery. Any claims received that do not meet these requirements or are received after 5 working days, will be void and invalid.
b. Tier 2 Prize: If you find a Tier 2 Prize winning scratchcard, you will be required to follow the instructions on the winning ticket immediately. Any claims received that do not meet these requirements or are received after the Promotion Period, will be void and invalid. - Tier 1 Prize Acceptance: Once eligibility of a Prize is confirmed and the Prize is accepted, fulfilment of the Prize will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received their Prize within this timeframe, the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing [email protected] within a further 28 days. If the winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize at its sole discretion.
- The Promoter may ask that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
- The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry/ies (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:
a. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.
b. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
c. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
d. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.
e. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
f. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
- Entrants must complete their details using their legal name. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who uses multiple names or email addresses and to require them to return any Prize they may have won.
- The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Prizes or any element of the Prizes are not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize or element of the Prize for another of equal or greater value.
- No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
- The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prize(s), except for (i) any liability which cannot be excluded by law, (ii) liability arising from intent (Absicht) or gross negligence (grobe Fahrlässigkeit), and (iii) liability for death or personal injury.
- The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.
- All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion. Personal data will be retained for a maximum period of 6 months after the end of the Promotion Period, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. - All questions, comments or complaints must be addressed to the Promoter in writing or via the contact form. Complaints relating to the conduct of the Competition must be addressed to Lindt in writing, specifying the Competition, within fourteen (14) days of becoming aware of the reason. - By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the competent courts of Switzerland, without prejudice to any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
