Full Terms & Conditions
1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
2. Purchase is necessary. Please retain an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry, but within the Promotion Period, as this will be required on entry. Internet access and a valid email address are required.
3. Promotion Period: Enter between 00:01 BST on the 20 September 2023 and 23:59 BST on the 17 October 2023 inclusive.
4. To Enter: Purchase a Promotional Product, see clause 6 for details, from any Morrisons store, scan the QR code on promotional material or visit https://win.cadbury.co.uk/morrisons-cadburynightsinwithsky-2023/ and then complete the online form to provide your details (full name, email address, the last four digits of the barcode found on pack and upload a photo of your receipt) to be entered into the Prize Draw.
5. Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person during the Promotion Period. One itemised receipt per entry must state the time and date of purchase, which must pre-date the entry date and time, but be within the Promotion Period. No person may win more than 1 Prize.

7. The Prizes: There will be a total of 209 winners. Prizes will be allocated randomly.

8. Further Prize Details and Conditions:
a. Sky Store Vouchers
i. The Sky Store £5.49 Voucher may be redeemed at Sky Store to credit your account with £5.49. Sky Store Vouchers may only be redeemed and spent on either the Sky Store website located at www.skystore.com, or on the Sky Store app on your compatible Roku box or Android device. The Sky Store £5.49 Voucher cannot be used for purchases made on a Sky+HD box or a Sky Q box. However, Buy & Keep purchases made using redeemed Vouchers can be sent to your box. Send to Sky Box’ is not available on rental titles.
ii. To redeem a Voucher, you must have a SkyiD account and have accepted Sky Store terms and conditions. These terms apply in addition to Sky Store terms and conditions and in the event of any conflict, these terms prevail.
iii. The Sky Store £5.49 Voucher is valid until 31/03/2024. Once expired, the Voucher will be invalid and cannot be extended, replaced or refunded. It is not replaceable if lost or stolen and no refund will be given.
iv. To redeem online:
1. Simply go to www.skystore.com/redeem
2. Enter your Voucher code and click ‘Redeem’
3. Sign up or sign in (you don’t have to be a Sky TV customer)
4. Choose your movie and watch online, on your favourite devices or select DVD or Blu-ray to receive a copy in the post too.
v. When redeemed, the Voucher will credit your account with a value in the local currency and all purchases will be made using your available balance. When you make a purchase, the cost will be deducted from the value held in your account and if there is any difference between the cost of the purchase and the value in your account, you will need to pay this amount.
vi. Once added to your account, you will have 12 months in which to use your credit balance before the balance is removed from your account. Any unused balances are not redeemable for cash or transferable and will not be returned to you (unless we are required to by law).
vii. Each Sky Store £5.49 Voucher is considered to have been redeemed once successfully applied to the account on Sky Store. Each Voucher may only be used once, repeated attempts to use the same Voucher will not be successful. You cannot re-load or top-up Vouchers.
viii. The Sky Store £5.49 Voucher is for your own personal, non-commercial use. There is no cash alternative; Sky Store £5.49 Voucher is not transferable and may not be re-sold.
ix. The Sky Store £5.49 Voucher remains the property of Sky UK Limited.
x. Sky is not responsible for any Vouchers that are lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
xi. Sky Store’s general terms and conditions apply; www.skystore.com/n/lbtc/legal-bits/terms-and-conditions. Sky UK Limited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. These terms and conditions and any related disputes are subject to interpretation under the laws of England and Wales, and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless your residential address is in Scotland, when Scottish law applies or a resident in Northern Ireland, when Northern Irish law applies.
b. Sky Stream pucks with a Sky Ultimate TV subscription (consisting of Sky Entertainment and Netflix basic) for 12 months
i. All services on Sky Stream are streamed via broadband, a minimum download speed of 35Mbps is required to use the Prize in full.
ii. Only one Sky TV subscription can be provided at an address. If the winner is an existing Sky TV customer and has Sky Glass, Sky Q or Sky+, they will need to cancel any existing Sky TV subscription in order to benefit from the new Sky TV subscription at no cost. We will bill the winner for their existing Sky TV subscription until the new Sky Stream TV subscription is activated. Sky Q customers will need to send back their Sky Q boxes within 60 days of receiving your Sky Stream puck otherwise they may be charged a non returns charge. Third party subscriptions not paid for via Sky but viewed on Sky Glass, Sky Q or Sky + will not be automatically viewable on your Sky Stream puck – you will have to log back in. Recordings on Sky Glass, Sky Q or Sky+ will not automatically transfer. If winners have Disney+ or Spotify via Sky, these will not automatically transfer to Sky Stream and winners will need to sign up directly to each via Apps Marketplace on Sky Stream.
iii. For 12 months, the winner will get their Sky TV subscription(s), via their Sky Stream puck for no charge. Sky Ultimate TV is provided on a monthly rolling contract and can be cancelled at any time on 31 days’ notice. Ending your Sky Ultimate TV subscription will end your offer period. After your 12 month offer period, all Sky TV subscriptions will become chargeable at their then standard price, unless you change or cancel your package, giving Sky at least 31 days’ notice. Standard subscription prices may change. Please refer to www.sky.com for current pricing.
iv. The Prize does not include:
1. A broadband subscription. All content via your Sky Stream pucks is streamed so you must have broadband download speeds of at least 35Mpbs to use all the elements of this Prize;
2. Sky Box Office, Sky Store purchases/rentals, Stand-alone Premium Channels, or pay-per-view services and events all of which if offered via Sky Stream will be chargeable at the current standard price
v. Additional Sky Stream pucks and the Whole Home subscription will allow you to watch Sky TV on multiple TVs with a compatible HDMI port.
vi. Prices, programmes/channels are subject to change.
vii. If you do not activate within 14 days of receiving your Sky Stream pucks, we will automatically activate it for you and your Sky TV subscriptions will start from activation.
viii. Winners must redeem the prize within a year. If a winner does not redeem his/her Prize within 12 months from the date of winning, this could result in loss of the Prize. If the winner has a previous uncleared debt with Sky the winner will not be able to take up the Prize until this debt has been fully cleared.
ix. There is no cash alternative to the Prize or any element thereof and unless agreed otherwise in writing the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
x. Prize winner(s) will own the Sky Stream Puck. Separate Terms and Conditions apply to Sky TV subscriptions.
xi. The winner will need to set up a Sky account either online at sky.com or via the MySky app in order to manage their account. Email address required for account login and for Sky to keep in touch about the service.
xii. Netflix basic is included as part of the Sky Ultimate TV subscription and allows viewing in one screen in SD. Netflix terms of use apply.
9. Winner Selection: 209 provisional winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. For your total confidence, the Prize draw will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service, within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.
10. Winner Notification: Provisional winners will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 5 working days of Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winners. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winners will be confirmed as a winner. If a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
11. Prize Acceptance: Notification to arrange fulfilment of a Prize will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing cadburymorrisons@promowinners.com. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.
12. Provided no objection is received, the surname and county of the winners will be made available to anyone who requests them by writing to JS13914 Cadbury Sky Morrisons, PO Box 704, Pinner, HA5 9PF, within 3 months of the closing date. In the event they win, winners may request their surname and county are not published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced during Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
13. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
14. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:
a. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.
b. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
c. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
d. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
e. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, multiple SIM cards for text entries, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
f. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.
g. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
h. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
15. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason a Prize or any element of a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize or element of the Prize for another of equal or greater value.
16. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to https://win.cadbury.co.uk/morrisons-cadburynightsinwithsky-2023/.
17. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (JS13914) or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
18. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.
19. The Promoter shall comply with all applicable requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation 2016 and any successor legislation or other applicable law. The personal information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion and in accordance with the Promoters’ Data Privacy Notice which can be found at eu.mondelezinternational.com/privacy-notice?sc_lang=en-gb&siteId=fhMX2mASDxC1%2frQglzhz6H0z9QiUvDPH. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion (including any relevant promotional activity) or communicating with entrants.
20. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
21. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
22. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
23. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
