  1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
  2. No purchase necessary; however, internet access, a valid email address and Facebook/Instagram account are required.
  3. Promotion Period: Enter between 00:01 BST on 11 May 2026 and 23:59 BST on 20 May 2026 inclusive.
  4. To Enter: Via an in-feed advert on Facebook or Instagram, click the link and complete the online form to provide your details (full name and email address) to be entered into the Prize Draw.
  5. Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person during the Promotion Period.
  6. The Prize: There will be 1 winner. The winner will win 1 x New Balance Merchandise Pack, consisting of:

  7. Further Prize Details and Conditions:

  8. Winner Selection: 1 provisional winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. For your total confidence, the Prize draw will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service, within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.
  9. Winner Notification: The provisional winner will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 5 working days of Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winner. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winner will be confirmed as the winner. If the provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 7 days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner.   10. Prize Acceptance: Fulfilment of the Prize will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that the winner has not received their Prize within this timeframe, the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing [email protected] within a further 28 days. If the winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize at its sole discretion.

Provided no objection is received from the winner, a winner list containing the surname and county of residence of the winner will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available at www.promowinners.com/newbalance-win-grey-days-look. The winner can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.
  12. The Promoter may request that the winner participates in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
  13. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months.   1. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Prize or any element of the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize or element of the Prize for another of equal or greater value.

  1. Aan deze Actie kunnen inwoners van Nederland van 18 jaar en ouder deelnemen. Van deelname uitgesloten zijn werknemers van de Organisator, zijn agenten en iedereen die professioneel verbonden is aan deze Actie.
  2. Aankopen zijn niet nodig, maar een internetverbinding, een geldig e-mailadres en een Facebook-/Instagram-account zijn wel vereist.
  3. Actieperiode: Deelname is mogelijk vanaf 00:01 uur (CEST) op 11 mei 2026 t/m 23:59 uur (CEST) op 20 mei 2026.
  4. Deelnameprocedure: Klik op de link in een advertentie op Facebook of Instagram en vul je gegevens (volledige naam en e-mailadres) in het online formulier in om deel te nemen aan de prijstrekking.
  5. Maximaal 1 deelname per persoon is toegestaan gedurende de Actieperiode.
  6. De Prijs: Er zal 1 winnaar zijn. De winnaar wint 1x New Balance Merchandise Pack, bestaande uit:
    a. 1x paar 2010 Abzorb (editie Grey Days 2026) (t.w.v. € 170);
    b. 1x Sport Legacy jack (t.w.v. € 110); en
    c. 1x Sport Legacy broek/rok (t.w.v. € 80).
  7. Aanvullende prijsgegevens en -voorwaarden:
    a. De winnaar ontvangt zijn/haar Prijs via de post.
    b. De winnaar kan de maat van zijn/haar schoenen, jack en broek/rok kiezen, afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid.
    c. Het is de verantwoordelijkheid van de deelnemer om zijn/haar correcte, actuele gegevens te verstrekken bij deelname aan de Actie en/of bevestiging van acceptatie van de Prijs, zodat zijn/haar Prijs kan worden verwerkt. De Organisator kan niet verantwoordelijk worden gehouden voor een winnaar die geen nauwkeurige informatie verstrekt die van invloed is op de acceptatie of levering van zijn/haar Prijs.
    d. De Organisator is niet aansprakelijk voor onderdelen van de Prijs nadat ze eenmaal aan een winnaar zijn gedistribueerd/verzonden en de Organisator is niet verantwoordelijk voor onderdelen van de Prijs die niet zijn ontvangen of tijdens het transport beschadigd of zoekgeraakt zijn.
    e. Afbeeldingen van de Prijs, ongeacht in welke media inclusief advertenties in de pers, posters of tv-reclame, zijn uitsluitend een indicatie en de werkelijke Prijs kan van deze weergaven afwijken. De Actie houdt geen goedkeuring of aanbeveling in van de producten of diensten die als een Prijs worden aangeboden.
  8. Kiezen van de winnaar: Er wordt 1 voorlopige winnaar willekeurig gekozen uit alle geldige inzendingen die gedurende de Actieperiode zijn ontvangen. Voor volledige vertrouwelijkheid moet je weten dat de Prijstrekking binnen 5 werkdagen na het einde van de Actieperiode wordt verricht door PromoVeritas, de onafhankelijke actieverificatiedienst.
  9. Kennisgeving aan de winnaar: Binnen 5 werkdagen na het kiezen van de Winnaar wordt er contact opgenomen met de voorlopige winnaar via het e-mailadres dat voor deelname is gebruikt. Zij moeten bewijs overleggen van hun identiteit en bevoegdheid om de prijs te ontvangen. Er worden redelijke pogingen gedaan om contact met de voorlopige winnaar op te nemen. Zodra bevestigd is dat de voorlopige winnaar bevoegd is om de prijs in ontvangst te nemen, wordt hij/zij als de winnaar bevestigd. Als de voorlopige winnaar niet binnen 7 dagen op het eerste contact reageert, behouden wij ons het recht voor om deze deelnemer te diskwalificeren en de Prijs toe te kennen aan een reservewinnaar die op dezelfde manier is geselecteerd. Een reservewinnaar krijgt mogelijk minder tijd om te reageren.
  10. Accepteren van de Prijs: De Prijs wordt binnen 28 dagen na het accepteren van de Prijs afgehandeld. In het onwaarschijnlijke geval dat de winnaar zijn/haar Prijs niet heeft ontvangen binnen dit tijdsbestek, moet hij/zij de Organisator daar binnen nog eens 28 dagen over informeren via [email protected]. Doet de winnaar dit niet, dan behoudt de Organisator zich het recht voor om de Prijs geheel naar eigen goeddunken niet opnieuw uit te reiken.
  11. Indien er geen bezwaar wordt gemaakt door de winnaar, stelt de Organisator 4 weken na het einde van de Actieperiode voor een periode van 8 weken een lijst van winnaars beschikbaar, met daarop de achternaam van de winnaar en het land waar de winnaar woont. Deze lijst is in te zien op www.promowinners.com/newbalance-win-grey-days-look. De winnaar kan tijdens de kennisgevingsprocedure voor winnaars laten weten dat ze bezwaar hebben tegen de publicatie van zijn/haar gegevens. Onverlet het voorgaande zal de Organisator de gegevens van winnaar, indien daarom wordt verzocht, doorgeven aan de relevante autoriteit.
  12. De winnaar kan door de Organisator worden verzocht om deel te nemen aan reclame die voortvloeit uit de Actie. Winnaars mogen zelf beslissen of ze willen deelnemen; dit is geen voorwaarde om de Prijs te accepteren.
  13. De Organisator streeft ernaar een eerlijke en veilige actie te beheren en misbruik en bedrog te voorkomen. Als je meedoet en niet aan deze Algemene voorwaarden voldoet, dan wordt je deelname (en alle deelnames onder eventuele aliassen) gediskwalificeerd. Eventueel toegekende Prijzen zullen vervallen en worden teruggevraagd, en de Organisator behoudt zich het recht voor om je van deelname aan toekomstige acties uit te sluiten voor een periode van minimaal zes maanden. Omwille van die reden behoudt de Organisator zich het recht voor om op elk moment:

a. De bevoegdheid van de deelnemers en/of de voorlopige winnaar om een prijs te winnen op meerdere manieren te verifiëren door informatie op te vragen die redelijkerwijs noodzakelijk wordt geacht voor dit doel. De deelname of prijs in te houden totdat de verificatie is voltooid;

b. deelnames te diskwalificeren als deze niet direct van de persoon komen die aan de Actie meedoet;

c. deelnames te diskwalificeren die zijn ingezonden via anonieme e-maildiensten inclusief, maar niet beperkt tot, GuerillaMail, Dispostable of Mailinator;

d. massadeelnames te diskwalificeren van personen, handelsgroepen, consumentenverenigingen of derden, en deelnames die zijn ingezonden door macro’s of automatische methoden;

e. deelnames te diskwalificeren die het maximumaantal overschrijden of die technieken gebruiken zoals ‘computerscript’, de ‘brute force’-methode, het verbergen van de identiteit door IP-adressen te manipuleren, het gebruik van aliassen of andere, ongeoorloofde identiteiten of welke andere methode dan ook;

f. deelnemers te diskwalificeren die het deelnameproces hebben gemanipuleerd;

g. deelnames te diskwalificeren die, op enige andere manier, niet aan de vereisten van deze Algemene voorwaarden voldoen;

h. de Actie te annuleren, aan te passen of uit te stellen wanneer deze niet als gepland kan worden uitgevoerd vanwege onder meer, maar niet beperkt tot manipulatie, niet-geautoriseerde tussenkomst, fraude, oneerlijkheid, technische storingen of andere oorzaken die buiten de macht van de Organisator liggen die de administratie, veiligheid, eerlijkheid, integriteit of juiste uitvoering van deze Actie verstoren of beïnvloeden.

  1. De Prijs is niet overdraagbaar of omruilbaar en kan niet voor contanten of een andere vorm van compensatie worden ingewisseld. Indien de Prijs of een element van de Prijs om welke reden dan ook niet beschikbaar is, behoudt de Organisator zich het recht voor deze geheel naar eigen goeddunken door een andere Prijs of ander element van de Prijs van gelijke of grotere waarde te vervangen.
  2. Er wordt geen verantwoordelijkheid aanvaard voor deelnames die verloren raken of die vertraagd, corrupt, beschadigd, verkeerd bezorgd of onvolledig zijn, of die om welke technische reden, bezorgingsproblemen of andere reden dan ook niet bezorgd kunnen worden. Een bewijs van verzending wordt niet aanvaard als een bewijs van ontvangst. De Organisator kan continue of veilige toegang tot Facebook, Instagram of de deelnamepagina niet garanderen.
  3. Deze Actie wordt op geen enkele wijze gesteund, goedgekeurd of beheerd door en houdt op geen enkele wijze verband met Facebook of Instagram. Met je deelname geef je je gegevens door aan de Organisator en niet aan Facebook of Instagram, en Facebook en Instagram zijn voor geen enkel element van deze Actie aansprakelijk.
  4. De Organisator en al zijn gelieerde agenten en bedrijven zijn niet aansprakelijk voor enige vorm van verlies (inclusief, zonder beperking, indirecte, speciale of gevolgschade of winstderving), kosten of schade geleden (al dan niet als gevolg van de nalatigheid van een persoon of anderszins) in verband met deze Actie (PV20411) of de acceptatie of het gebruik van de Prijs, met uitzondering van aansprakelijkheid die niet wettig uitgesloten kan worden. Niets sluit de aansprakelijkheid van de Organisator uit in geval van overlijden of persoonlijk letsel als gevolg van zijn nalatigheid.
  5. De Organisator is niet aansprakelijk voor eventuele vertragingen of het niet naleven van de verplichtingen om redenen buiten de redelijke controle van de Organisator die voortkomen uit, maar niet beperkt zijn tot overmacht, internationale of regionale epidemieën of pandemieën, slechte weersomstandigheden, brand, arbeidsconflicten, oorlog, terroristische activiteiten, vijandelijkheden, politieke onrust, rellen, civiele onrust, plagen of andere natuurrampen, of andere omstandigheden.
  6. Alle persoonsgegevens die voor deze Actie werden verstrekt, zullen door de Organisator en/of een agent die door de Organisator werd aangesteld om te helpen bij de uitvoering van deze Actie worden gebruikt in het kader van deze Actie en voor onderzoeks- en analysedoeleinden. Persoonsgegevens worden niet aan niet-betrokken derden doorgegeven, tenzij hiervoor je toestemming is verkregen. Je persoonsgegevens worden behandeld in overeenstemming met het privacybeleid van de Organisator, dat je kunt raadplegen op: https://nl.newbalance.eu/nl/privacy-policy.html.
  7. Als een of meerdere delen van deze Algemene voorwaarden als wettelijk ongeldig, illegaal of niet-afdwingbaar worden beschouwd, heeft dit geen invloed op de overige delen, die volledig van kracht blijven.
  8. Door deel te nemen ga je ermee akkoord gebonden te zijn aan deze Algemene voorwaarden.
  9. Bij tegenstrijdigheden tussen deze Algemene voorwaarden en de voorwaarden in actiemateriaal hebben deze Algemene voorwaarden voorrang.
  10. Deze Algemene Voorwaarden worden beheerst door het Nederlands recht en hun interpretatie en toepassing is onderworpen aan de exclusieve bevoegdheid van de rechtbanken van Nederland.
