O2 Priority – £10,000 cash

Eligibility Criteria: The promotion is open to members of Priority who are UK residents age 18+.

Priority prize draws are open to all Priority members who are UK residents and meet the eligibility criteria set out in the entry instructions on the Priority App (the “App”), but excluding employees of VMO2, or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with the prize draw. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.

Prize Draw Start and End Dates: Prize draw is open from 30 March – 13 April 2026.

How to Enter: Tap ‘Enter now’ and you will be automatically entered into the prize draw. No other method of entry valid. Only one entry per mobile number.

Number of Winners: Five.

Prize Draw T&Cs: Entry into this prize draw entitles you to the chance to win one of five £10,000 cash prizes from Priority. Only entries made via the Priority app from registered Priority members will be considered. Priority app and internet access required to enter.

Winners must be a UK resident and have a bank account to receive this prize. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other alternatives. Prizes are personal to the applicable winner and cannot be resold. Each Priority member can only win a maximum of one prize.

The prize will be fulfilled via bank transfer only. Physical cash will not be provided to winners. To the extent applicable, the winner shall be solely responsible for any tax liability arising from receipt of the prize.

Prize draw entry is free of charge and winners will be selected at random.

Once drawn, winners will be contacted by a representative of Priority and will be required to provide all relevant details and personal information for prize fulfillment. Please allow up to four business days for a representative to get in touch following your prize win.

By entering this prize draw, you consent to the use of your likeness, name, and story for administrative and promotional purposes without additional compensation. This includes, but is not limited to, use in promotional materials, social media, and other marketing channels.

If You Win: The winner will be selected in a random draw and will be contacted via the same email address and/or phone number you used to enter the prize draw from 13 April 2026. If you don’t respond within 72 hours of us contacting you, you will be deemed not to have accepted the prize and another winner will be drawn. The winner will be contacted initially by PromoVeritas, a promotion verification service. The winner may also be contacted by a member of the Priority team from a dedicated Virgin Media O2 email address.

These terms and entry instructions incorporate and apply in addition to the General Terms applying to all Priority prize draws (see https://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/rewards/o2-priority-prize-draws-general-terms-and-conditions). In the event of a conflict, the General Terms shall take precedence. This prize draw is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
