O2 Priority – Big Feastival

Eligibility Criteria: The promotion is open to members of Priority who are UK residents age 18+.

Priority prize draws are open to all Priority members who are UK residents and meet the eligibility criteria set out in the entry instructions on the Priority App (the “App”), but excluding employees of VMO2, or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with the prize draw. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.

Prize Draw Start and End Dates: Prize draw is valid from 15 June – 6 July 2026.

How to Enter: Tap ‘Enter now’ and you will be automatically entered into the prize draw. No other method of entry is valid. Only one entry per mobile number.

Number of Winners: 20.

If You Win: The winner will be selected in a random draw and will be contacted via the same email address and/or phone number you used to enter the prize draw from 6 July 2026. If you don’t respond within 48 hours of us contacting you, you will be deemed not to have accepted the prize and another winner will be drawn. The winner will be contacted by PromoVeritas, a promotion verification service.

Prize Draw T&Cs: Entry into this prize draw entitles you to the chance to win 1 of 20 sets of four tickets to ‘Big Feastival’ at Alex James’ Farm in the Cotswolds from Friday 28 – Sunday 30 August 2026. Tickets are weekend camping tickets, with entry from Friday 28 August 2026. They include access to the exclusive side of stage Priority lounge. Plus, you will be able to skip the campsite and entry queues with fast-track entry through the Priority lane, simply present the Priority app to queue staff upon arrival.

Winners do not have to attend the whole weekend. Weekend tickets are valid for entry on any day. Please note that tickets must not be resold, exchanged, transferred, altered or defaced. They are non-refundable and no cash alternative is available. Winners may allocate their four tickets as they wish. Children under five years old can attend the festival for free but still require a ticket. Travel and any additional expenses are the responsibility of the winners. A parking pass will need to be purchased via the Big Feastival website if the winner is planning to drive and park at the event. Optional extras such as live-in vehicle pitches, boutique camping, and VIP upgrades can be purchased separately via the main website if you wish to enhance your stay.

Any guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. All campsites are family-friendly and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

These terms and entry instructions incorporate and apply in addition to the General Terms applying to all Priority prize draws (see www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/rewards/o2-priority-prize-draws-general-terms-and-conditions). In the event of a conflict, the General Terms shall take precedence. This prize draw is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
