O2 Priority – Fan Clef Award

Eligibility Criteria: The promotion is open to members of Priority who are UK residents age 16+.

Priority prize draws are open to all Priority members who are UK residents and meet the eligibility criteria set out in the entry instructions on the Priority App (the “App”), but excluding employees of VMO2, or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with the prize draw. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.

Prize Draw Start and End Dates: Prize draw is open from 29 June – 13 July 2026.

How to Enter: Tap ‘Enter Now’ and you will be automatically entered into the prize draw. No other method of entry valid. Only one entry per mobile number.

Number of Winners: One.

If You Win: The winner will be selected in a random draw and will be contacted via the same email address and/or phone number you used to enter the prize draw by 13 July 2026. If you don’t respond within 48 hours of us contacting you, you will be deemed not to have accepted the prize and another winner will be drawn. The winner will be contacted by PromoVeritas, a promotion verification service.

Prize Draw T&Cs: This prize draw entitles you to the chance to win a prize package including an O2 Fan Clef Award and a pair of tickets to a gig at The O2 Arena, or at an O2 Academy venue including:

Once selected, the winner will be asked to share their preference for the show they would like to attend. The winner must respond within all timescales communicated to them during prize fulfilment. All tickets must be used by 31 December 2026. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

The winner will be sent a goodie bag directly to their address. The contents of the goodie bag will be at the discretion of O2.

Available shows can be found on The O2 and each O2 Academy venue website under ‘gig listings’ and a URL for eligible gig listings will be provided when the winner is contacted.

Tickets are subject to availability. If one of the selected gig preferences is unavailable, the promoter will work with the winner to find the next best alternative option. The winner must provide their name, email address and telephone number to claim their prize and tickets and must confirm the name, email address and telephone number of their selected guest at least one month before the gig. Age restrictions for the selected gig may apply and ID may be required.

This prize does not include travel, food expenses, drink vouchers or any other elements – tickets only. The O2 Fan Clef Award will be provided as a physical award, which can either be posted to the winner within one month of confirming their acceptance of the prize and their UK delivery address, or can be collected from The O2 Arena if they choose to attend a gig at The O2 Arena.

Please note, winners who have any form of accessibility requirements – please state your requirements when confirming tickets to your chosen event.

These terms and entry instructions incorporate and apply in addition to the General Terms applying to all Priority prize draws (see https://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/rewards/o2- priority-prize-draws-general-terms-and-conditions). In the event of a conflict, the General Terms shall take precedence. This prize draw is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
