Eligibility Criteria: The promotion is open to members of Priority who are UK residents aged 18+.

Priority prize draws are open to all Priority members who are UK residents and meet the eligibility criteria set out in the entry instructions on the Priority App (the “App”), but excluding employees of VMO2, or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with the prize draw. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.

Prize Draw Start and End Dates: Prize draw is valid from 23 February – 13 April 2026.

How to enter: Tap ‘Enter now’ and you will be automatically entered into the prize draw. No other method of entry is valid. Only one entry per Priority member.

Number of Winners: One.

If You Win: The winner will be selected in a random draw and will be contacted via the same email address and/or phone number you used to enter the prize draw from 13 April 2026. If you don’t respond within 48 hours of us contacting you, you will be deemed not to have accepted the prize and another winner will be drawn. The winner will be contacted by PromoVeritas, a promotion verification service, with final communication coming from the Priority team.

Prize Draw T&Cs: Entry into this prize draw entitles you to the chance to win a family trip for four to Oslo, Norway, to celebrate the release of Disney and Pixar’s new film ‘Hoppers’, in cinemas 6 March 2026.

The trip is for two adults and two children under the age of 16, all of whom must travel at the same time with the same itinerary. At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over; where any travellers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission.

This prize package includes:

Return trip economy class flights (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees and duties) from London, to Oslo, Norway. Flights may be indirect and not all routes will be available, flight itinerary will be determined at the prize provider’s sole discretion
Three nights’ accommodation, based on two adults and two children under 16 sharing a two-bedroom self-catered cabin near Oslo
A rental car for four days, including GPS hire, and £75 fuel allowance. The winner will collect their rental car and drop it back off at Oslo international airport
A two-hour private guided stand-up paddleboard beaver safari with all equipment included
Admission to the Norwegian Museum of Science and Technology and entry to all exhibitions and activities (subject to availability)
A family meal at a restaurant in Oslo, covered to the value of £200
Travel insurance for the whole family

Please note, a valid credit or debit card for incidentals may be required by the accommodation at check-in. Accommodation will not include any other meals, incidentals, gratuities, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, those will be the responsibility of the winner. The trip must include a Saturday night stay. Accommodation will be selected by Element London Ltd at their sole discretion.

The prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification and all travel must be completed within that time. The winner must contact the prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months, no later than six weeks prior to departure. Please note, this prize cannot be redeemed during 21 December 2026 – 4 January 2027, Easter Sunday or any UK bank holidays.

All travellers must be in possession of a passport valid for at least six months from the date of travel.
Further Terms & Conditions:

Non-European Union passport holders may be required to have passport validity for six months beyond the duration of the trip. The winner and their guests will be responsible for obtaining any other documentation required for travel to and entry to the prize package destination. Any necessary visas or insurance are the responsibility of the winner and their guests.

Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their guests to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their guests are aged 70 or over.

For the rental car, the named driver must be aged 21 or over, with a full clean driving license that has been held for over one year. Any drivers aged 25 or under, or with less than three years’ driving experience, may need to pay a supplementary cost for car rental. Non-EU, Australian or New Zealand license holders may require an international driver’s license or other paperwork. A credit or debit card in the name of the driver with available funds (value advised upon booking) will be required by the car rental company in order for the driver to collect the car. Please note, costs associated with additional fuel, authorising one or more additional drivers, and certain additional equipment such as baby seats are excluded from the prize package and must be paid for by the driver.

This prize is non-refundable and non-transferable, no cash alternative is available. The prize excludes domestic ground transfers, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package. Where applicable, any modifications to the prize will be at the winner’s own expense. The prize package inclusions are subject to availability, where any of the stated inclusions are unavailable, Element London Ltd will offer suitable alternatives of equal value. If winner is unable to participate in any of the stated activities then Element London Ltd will offer suitable alternatives of equal value, alternative activities will be determined by prize provider at their sole discretion. The private guided stand-up paddleboard adventure is not recommended for travellers with poor cardiovascular health, those with spinal injuries or other serious medical conditions, it is not wheelchair accessible, participants must be able to swim. Children must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times.

Nothing in this travel package authorises any person to use the Walt Disney Company’s and its affiliated companies’ (collectively, “Disney”) name, brand, intellectual property, characters or reputation in conjunction with this travel package or any prize promotions and winners and guests are prohibited from mentioning their award for use in relation with Disney’s name or Disney owned intellectual property. The Walt Disney Company is not a sponsor, endorser or administrator of this prize draw, and subsidiaries are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of the travel package or prize draw. The Walt Disney company is not a so called “sponsor” of the prize nor provide’ The Walt Disney Company, its parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary entities and their officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns accept no responsibility and shall not be held responsible for any injuries, damages, expenses, inconveniences, accidents, losses or any other costs of any kind that may be sustained by participants and/or winner or their guests, in connection with their participation in the prize travel package, the receipt, acceptance use and/or enjoyment of the travel package or any part of it or any travel required for the prize or as part of the prize draw.

The Walt Disney Company, Pixar and each of their respective parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of the travel package or prize draw.

These terms and entry instructions incorporate and apply in addition to the General Terms applying to all Priority prize draws (see https://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/rewards/o2-priority-prize-draws-general-terms-and-conditions). In the event of a conflict, the General Terms shall take precedence. This prize draw is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
