Eligibility Criteria: The promotion is open to members of Priority who are UK residents age 18+.

Priority prize draws are open to all Priority members who are UK residents and meet the eligibility criteria set out in the entry instructions on the Priority App (the “App”), but excluding employees of VMO2, or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with the prize draw. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.

Prize Draw Start and End Dates: Prize draw is open from 13 – 27 July 2026.

How to Enter: Tap ‘Enter now’ and you will be automatically entered into the prize draw. No other method of entry valid. Only one entry per mobile number.

Number of Winners: One.

If You Win: The winner will be selected in a random draw and will be contacted via the same email address and/or phone number used to enter the prize draw from 27 July 2026. If you don’t respond within 48 hours of us contacting you, you will be deemed not to have accepted the prize and another winner will be drawn. The winner will be contacted by PromoVeritas, a promotion verification service.

Prize Draw T&Cs: Entry into this prize draw entitles you to the chance to win a family trip for up to four to Sorrento, Italy. This includes four roundtrip economy coach flights (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties) from select major international UK airports (London, Manchester, Edinburgh or Belfast) to Naples, Italy. Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available, flight itinerary will be determined by prize provider at their sole discretion. Transfers from and to the airport from Naples to Sorrento will be included. Accommodations for four nights in total, based on two adults and two children sharing one quadruple occupancy room with daily breakfast included, in a four star hotel in Sorrento, Italy. Accommodation does not include any other meals, incidentals, gratuities, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, this will be the responsibility of the winner.

You and your guests will receive a two-hour family-friendly tour around Pompeii with an Archaeologist (including transfer from Sorrento and skip-the-line tickets), a two-hour private sunset boat tour along the Amalfi Coast with a captain/skipper, drinks and refreshments, as well as snorkeling equipment and a two-hour instructor-led pizza-making masterclass and all equipment. The winner will also receive £250 spending money, which will be transferred prior to travel. A travel insurance allowance will be provided up to the value of £100 to cover the group, it is the winner’s responsibility to choose a policy that adequately covers their requirements, allowance will be provided when winner provides receipt of policy purchase.

Prize is for two adults and two children under 16, all of whom must travel at the same time. At least one traveler must be aged 18 or over. Where any travelers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If the winner wishes to add additional guest(s), this can be arranged at an extra cost. Please note that if the winning party consists of fewer than four people in total, the prize will be awarded to the winner and any participating guest(s) and any remainder of the prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation.

Winner is responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the departure airport within their home country. The trip must include a Saturday night stay. A credit card or debit card for incidentals may be requested by the hotel at check-in and therefore at least one of the recipients must possess and travel with a valid credit card or debit card. Accommodation will be selected by Element London Ltd at their sole discretion.

Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification and all travel must be completed within that time. Winner must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure. Prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year or Public Holidays in the prize package destination or the country of departure.

All recipients must be in a possession of a valid passport for the duration of the trip. Non European Union passport holders may be required to have passport validity for six months beyond the duration of the trip. All recipients are responsible for obtaining any other documentation required for travel to and entry to the prize package destination All travelers will require a passport valid for at least six months on date of travel. Any necessary visas are the responsibility of the winner and guests. The Pompeii tour is not suitable for those in a wheelchair or with mobility impairment due to uneven terrains.
Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and their guests to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and their guests are aged 70 or over. The prize excludes domestic ground transfers, rental car, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package.

Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable No cash alternative is available. Winner travels at own risk; Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the promotion or prize. Where applicable, any modifications to the prize will be at the winner’s own expense. The prize package inclusions are subject to availability, where any of the stated inclusions are unavailable, Element London Ltd will offer suitable alternatives of equal value. If winner is unable to participate in any of the stated activities then Element London Ltd will endeavor to offer suitable alternatives of equal value, alternative activities will be determined by prize provider at their sole discretion.

Nothing in this travel package authorizes any person to use the Walt Disney Company’s and its affiliated companies ( collectively, “Disney”) name, brand, intellectual property, characters or reputation in conjunction with this travel package or any prize promotions whatsoever and that a valid promotional agreement with Disney is a precondition for use of this prize package in association with Disney’s name or Disney owned intellectual property.
The Walt Disney Company, and each of their respective parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of the travel package, competition, contest or sweepstakes. These terms and entry instructions incorporate and apply in addition to the General Terms applying to all Priority prize draws (see www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/rewards/o2-priority-prize-draws-general-terms-and-conditions). In the event of a conflict, the General Terms shall take precedence. This prize draw is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
