  1. This Promotion is open to employees of Kellanova aged 18 or over.
  2. No purchase is necessary; however, internet access and a valid work email address are required.
  3. Promotion Period: Enter between 11:00 BST on the 21 July 2026 and 13:00 BST on the 21 July 2029.
  4. To Enter: Visit the PromoVeritas stand where a monitor will display the microsite. Complete the online form providing your details (first name, last name and work email address) and play the fruit machine-style game. If you match 3 matching logos in a row, you will be instantly notified that you have won a Prize.
  5. Maximum of 1 entry per person during the Promotion Period. No person may win more than 1 prize.
  6. Winner Selection: During the Promotion Period, 10 “winning moments” (days, hours, minutes, seconds) have been randomly selected by an independent verification service. The first valid entry on or after that winning moment will be awarded the Prize. If no entry is received between one winning moment to the next, the Prize from that winning moment will be rolled over, creating an additional winning moment. All 10 Prizes are available to be won.
  7. Prizes: During the Promotion Period, there are a total of 10 Prizes to be won. Each winner will win 1 x €20 Neo Currency Voucher.
  8. Further Prize Details and Conditions:
    a. NeoCurrency® Reward Choice digital link (the “Digital Link”) is a promotional incentive link that has been issued to you at no charge to you. You may use your Digital Link up to its stated balance to acquire the brand rewards (the “Brand Rewards”) at yourdigitalreward.com. Your Digital Link is issued by NeoCurrency (the “Issuer”). The Issuer is the sole obligor to you with respect to the Digital Link.
    b. Your Digital Link will expire December 31, 2027. The unused balance for this Digital Link will expire on the date specified unless the expiration is prohibited by law.
    c. Your Reward Links may be used by you only to acquire the Brand Rewards available at yourdigitalreward.com. The Digital Link cannot be used for any other purpose. The Digital Link cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
    d. The Digital Link may be used only by you as the original recipient. It shall not be used by any other person. Your Digital Link cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged.
    e. You may not use your Digital Link unless you are (a) of legal age to form a binding contract in your country of residence, and (b) not prohibited from participating under applicable laws in your country of residence. By accepting and/or using the Digital Link, you represent and warrant that (c) you are of legal age to form a binding contract in your country of residence, and (d) you are not prohibited from participating under any applicable laws or regulations.
    f. To use your Digital Link to acquire one or more Brand Rewards, click the link and follow instructions. Balances from separate programs cannot be combined. All Brand Reward selections are final. For problems, please contact your program sponsor.
    g. Each Brand Reward acquired by you with your Digital Link will be a product or service of a merchant other than Issuer (each a “Third Party Merchant”). Each Brand Reward will be subject to the terms and conditions specified and controlled by its Third Party Merchant. Issuer will not be responsible or liable for (a) the terms and conditions of a Brand Reward, (b) the information provided by a Third Party Merchant regarding it Brand Reward, or (c) the disputes, if any, between you and a Third Party Merchant regarding your use of a Brand Reward. You agree that the Third Party Merchants are solely responsible for your ability to use the Brand Rewards. You further agree that Issuer shall not be liable for the products, services, actions, omissions, policies or practices of the Third Party Merchants.
    h. If Issuer has acquired your name, email address and/or other personally identifiable information, then Issuer will use the information for the sole purpose of administering the rewards program and/or as otherwise required by law. Issuer will not spam you. Issuer will not market or sell your name, email address, or other personally identifiable information. You agree that Issuer may store, use and disclose such information as needed to administer the rewards program, to protect you or the public, and/or as required by law. You further agree that Issuer may communicate with you as needed to administer the rewards program. Subject to the above agreements, Issuer will keep personally identifiable information private.
    i. Please safeguard your Digital Link. It will not be replaced or replenished if lost, stolen, hacked, or used without authorization. Nor will your Digital Link be replaced or replenished if your computer or other devise is lost, stolen or hacked.
    j. Issuer shall have the right, but not the obligation, to lock or block the use of the Digital Link in the event of misuse or fraud.
    k. You agree that, if the Digital Link does work or function for any reason, your sole remedy will be replacement of the nonfunctioning Reward Link with one that functions. You must contact the program sponsor prior to the expiration date to request a replacement.
    l. ISSUER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
    m. Issuer may assign its rights and responsibilities regarding your Digital Link to an assignee without notice to you. You agree that such assignment shall be without recourse to Issuer so that the assignee will become the sole obligor to you (instead of Issuer) with respect to the Digital Link.
    n. Any claims or actions brought by you against Issuer regarding your Digital Link must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action accrued. You agree that all claims or actions brought by you must be filed by you in courts located in Illinois (U.S.) which shall be the exclusive jurisdiction for your claims.
    o. Issuer makes no commitments or promises to you regarding the Brand Rewards other than the commitments specified in these written Terms and Conditions. Acceptance or use of your Digital Links constitutes your acceptance and agreement to the Terms and Conditions stated above.
  9. Winner Notification: The provisional winning entrants will be instantly notified on screen and will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided upon entry within 1 working day. Provisional winners will be required to follow the instructions within 14 days of initial email contact including providing evidence of identity and eligibility where requested. If a provisional winner does not follow the instructions within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the provisional winner. Any claims received that don’t meet these requirements or are received after the stated period will be void and invalid.
  10. Prize Acceptance: Once eligibility of a Prize is confirmed and the Prize is accepted, fulfilment of the Prize will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a Prize or part of a Prize does not arrive within this timeframe, the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing spintowin@promowinners.com within a further 28 days. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize at its sole discretion.
  11. Provided no objection is received from the winners, a winners list containing the surname and county of residence of the winners will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available by sending a request via email to spintowin@promowinners.com. Winners can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.
  12. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
  13. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

a. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or the provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.

b. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.

c. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.

d. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.

e. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.

f. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.

g. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.

h. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.

  1. Entrants must complete their details using their legal name. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who uses multiple names or email addresses and to require them to return any Prize they may have won.
  2. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Prizes or any elements of the prizes not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize or element of the Prize for another of equal or greater value.

  4.
