
Full Terms & Conditions
- This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands and Isle of Man, aged 18 or over, The Promoter and their directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Promoter or marketing service providers or who is a supplier of goods and services in connection with the competition and their spouses, life partners, parents, children, siblings, business partners and/or associates are not eligible to participate in or enter the promotional competitions and all such entries will be disqualified.
- Promotion Period: Enter between 00:01 BST on 23rd April 2026 and 23:59 BST on 10th May 2026 inclusive.
- To Enter: Consent to Pizza Hut UK Marketing communications and purchase a Participating Bundle online or via the Pizza Hut app (see Clause 6) within the Promotion Period, via direct delivery by the store or collection take-away from any Participating Store (see Clause 7). Once the purchase is complete, click on the link within the email, to complete the registration. Then, complete the online form to provide your details (name, email address and postcode) to enter the Prize Draw.
- Please note that while we want to encourage you to participate and enjoy the benefits of the Promotion we believe in responsible consumption of our products. DO NOT purchase more product than you can reasonably use or consume just to participate in this Promotion.
- All customers who wish to participate in the Promotion must retain an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry, but within the Promotion Period, as this may be required for validation and for the winner to receive their Prize. Internet access and valid email address are required for entry.

b. Northern Ireland:
i. Champions Feast for Two from £15.99 – One (1) Large Pizza + One (1) Side (choose from: mixed leaf salad, garlic bread, potato wedges, fries or onion rings) + one (1) 1.25L Pepsi
ii. Champions Feast for Four from £29.99 – One (1) Large Pizza + Two (2) Sides (choose from: mixed leaf salad, garlic bread, potato wedges, fries or onion rings) + one (1) 1.25L Pepsi
iii. Chicken Hut Trick from £15.99 – Big Chick’ Bundle (four (4) breaded chicken strips, four (4) seasoned chicken bites, four (4) chicken wings, two (2) dips + one (1) 1.25L Pepsi)
For the avoidance of doubt, additional charges apply for Stuffed Crust, Cheesy Bites Crust, Pepperoni Stuffed Crust, Loaded pizzas and Big New Yorker pizzas in relation to the Participating Bundles.
Participating Bundles are subject to availability. Chicken Hut Trick is only available from Pizza Hut delivery stores and is not available from Pizza Hut Restaurants.
- Participating Stores: Participating Stores include Pizza Hut delivery stores and Pizza Hut Restaurants from where Pizza Hut takeaway is available within the UK. For the avoidance of doubt, Participating Stores do not include Pizza Hut Restaurants for dine-in, Pizza Hut Express stores, Jersey, or Republic of Ireland.
- Maximum of one (1) entry is permitted per person per day during the Promotion Period. One itemised receipt per entry must state the time and date of purchase, which must pre-date the entry date and time, but be within the Promotion Period.
- Winner Selection: One (1) provisional winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. For your total confidence, the Prize draw will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service, within 1 day of the end of the Promotion Period.
- The Prize: There will be one (1) winner. The winner will win a trip to the UEFA Champions League Final held in Budapest on 30th May 2026 for the winner and one guest, including:
a. One (1) x pair of tickets to the UEFA Champions League Final on 30th May 2026, in Budapest.
b. Round trip economy flights from the winner’s closest international airport to Budapest on 29th May and 1st June 2026.
c. Transfers to and from the airport for the winner and their guest.
d. Two night’s accommodation in a 4-star hotel.
e. Local transportation in Budapest for the winner and their guest. - Further Prize Details and Conditions:
a. The winner must attend the match with their chosen guest. The Promoter will provide the UCL and relevant Club with information (including the winner and any guest’s name and address) of any winner and their guest for prize administration and databases may be checked against any club banning orders as well as the National Police database for those who may be subject to a court banning order. The UCL or Club will not otherwise use winners’ personal details for reasons other than the above, unless lawfully permitted to do so or as otherwise set out in their privacy notice. The winner must bring this privacy notice to the attention of any guest(s) they may nominate and the winner agrees to do this prior to providing any personal information of their guests to the Promoter to provide to the UCL.
b. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner and/or guest on the basis of the findings resulting from a background or information check and award the tickets to an alternative winner. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who does not adhere to their terms, checks and requirements, regardless of possession of a valid ticket.
c. Winners are responsible for the behaviour of their guests whilst using the match tickets.
d. Any persons found subject to a Club or court banning order are not eligible to enter or claim the prize. If a winner’s guest(s) is subject to a club banning order or court banning order then they are not eligible for the Prize, and the winner will need to identify a different guest.
e. The following details will also be needed from any winner of match tickets: Name, date of birth, email address, home address (including postcode) and supporting team.
f. Entrance to the match constitutes full acceptance of the UCL Ticket Regulations and any terms and conditions of issue of the venue operator of the venue of the match. UCL ticketing terms and conditions can be found at: uclf_2026_gp_fans_terms_and_conditions_en.pdf. Winners must abide by those terms at all times. The Promoter or the UCL accepts no responsibility if the winner and/or the winner’s guest are denied entry or asked to leave the match for failure to abide by such terms, any applicable law or regulation or because of their inappropriate behaviour.
g. The winner and their guest attending the venue must also comply with all policies, rules and reasonable instructions provided by the UCL, venue operators and/or any authority at the venue. The UCL, the relevant venue operators and authorities reserve the right to remove any entrant or winner (and/or their permitted guests) for failing to comply with those policies, rules or instructions or otherwise behaving in an inappropriate manner.
h. The Prize is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Under no circumstances can this prize be transferred to a third party of sold for any financial amount.
i. The winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest whilst taking the prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the prize or if the winner and/or their guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in the prize being retracted.
j. The winner and their guest must abide by any relevant terms and conditions which form part of their prize. Whilst at an event/venue, they must not: be drunk, intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, underage, be abusive, threatening, make or incite racial abuse, chant, use offensive language, make obscene gestures, throw items, behave anti-socially, carry laser pens, bring animals (except guide dogs), carry offensive weapons or illegal substances, carry candles, climb any structure, make excessive noise, offer any item for sale, damage the venue or smoke. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the winner and/or their guest being required to leave the event/venue.
k. All match ticket prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to replace a prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value should the original prizes not be available.
l. Notwithstanding any other terms and conditions of this Promotion (including all terms and conditions the Football League Limited Conditions of Issue as well as the relevant Ground Regulations in force at the venue), winners will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the Club, organisers or Promoter if the match is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled (for any reason whatsoever). The Promoter will not re-award any additional tickets to the winner or reimburse any incurred expenses by the winner as a result of winning or accepting the prize.
m. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, or any other costs of a personal nature that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the prize will be responsible for any such costs.
n. The winner must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or any similar access needs.
o. Return flights will be provided from select major international airports closest to the winner. The choice of which international airport flights depart from is subject to the discretion of the Promoter.
p. Round-trip transfers from Budapest airport to the hotel and back, plus round-trip transfers from the hotel to the match and back are included.
q. Travel arrangements, including costs relating to public transport, fuel or parking, to and from the winner or guests’ home and departure airport, do not form part of the Prize and are the responsibility of the winner and their guest.
r. All flight taxes, surcharges and one piece of cabin baggage per person will be included. Any additional charges will be the responsibility of the winner and the Promoter is not liable for any additional charges.
s. The Prize will be arranged by email between the Promoter and the winner. The Prize fulfilment agency will make all reasonable efforts to provide the winner with details of the Prize at the earliest possible opportunity. The Promoter will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how the Prize is organised. Once the Prize details including flights and accommodation are confirmed, this cannot be amended or altered by the winner.
t. It will be the winner’s and their guest’s responsibility to take out at their own cost all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to be taken.
u. Once tickets have been issued, they are only valid for the flights, dates and times shown. No alternatives are available. Name changes to the flight once confirmed are not permitted.
v. The winner and their guest must abide by and are subject to the airline’s published conditions of carriage.
w. The winner will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organisers, Processor or Promoter if the holiday or any other event forming part of the Prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.
x. Lounge passes and upgrades are not permitted. Flights cannot be used in conjunction with the Promoter’s/any loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer. Frequent flyer points cannot be accrued on the flight tickets or any loyalty programme.
y. Airline seats are subject to availability.
z. The winner and their guest will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel.
aa. The winner and guest must travel together in all instances, on the same dates and time, take the same trip and share the same room in the provided accommodation. The winner will forgo the Prize in totality if the winner fails to attend the scheduled booking, and the Promoter and any Prize providers shall have no further obligation to the winner.
bb. The Prize will be forfeited if the winner has not obtained all of the proper travel documents by the date specified by the Promoter, or the winner has any medical, legal or any other reason that would prevent them from accepting and participating in the Prize.
cc. It is the responsibility of the Winner and any guest to check any travel advisories issued by a government, to determine whether they wish to accept the risk of travelling to the destination. The Promoter will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any winner or their guest arising out of their failure to follow any travel advisories issued by a government.
dd. All elements of the Prize package must be taken as part of the same trip.
ee. Accommodation is based on two (2) persons sharing a double or twin occupancy room for two (2) nights in a 4-star hotel. Accommodation will be selected by the Promoter at their sole discretion.
ff. The winner is solely responsible for any additional charges incurred at the hotel during their stay, including, without limitation, costs of meals, drinks, additional nights and services together with related taxes.
gg. A valid credit or debit card will be required to check in to the room and will be used to guarantee any incidentals such as in- room calls or services.
hh. The Promoter will pay the cost of the standard room plus related room taxes. - Winner Notification: The provisional winner will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within three (3) working days of Winner Selection and will be asked to provide proof of purchase, evidence of identity and eligibility within forty-eight (48) hours of Winner Notification. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winner. Once proof of purchase has been reviewed and eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winner will be confirmed as a winner. If the provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within forty-eight (48) hours, we reserve the right to disqualify the entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
- It is the responsibility of winners to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of their Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize.
- Prize Acceptance: Once eligibility of a Prize is confirmed and the Prize is accepted, notification to arrange fulfilment of the Prizes will take place within twenty (20) days of acceptance of the Prizes. In the unlikely event that the winner has not received communication to arrange the collection of the Prize, the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing [email protected]. If the winner does not do so within five (5) days, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.
- It is the responsibility of the winners to supply the correct personal information in their entry in order to claim their Prize. A winner’s email address or postal address cannot be updated after entry.
- Provided no objection is received from the winner, a winners list containing the surname and county of residence of the winner will be made available by the Promoter four (4) weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of eight (8) weeks. It will be available at www.promowinners.com/ThePerfectTrio.
- The Promoter may request that the winner participates in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
- The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry/ies (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six (6) months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:
a. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or the provisional winner through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.
b. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
c. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
d. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
e. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
f. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.
g. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
h. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
- The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason a Prize and/or any element of a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize or element of the Prize for another of equal or greater value.
- No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the microsite entry page.
- The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (JS14438) or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
- The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.
- Any and all personal data provided by you in connection with this Promotion will be used solely by the Promoter (or its appointed agents) to: (i) assist with running the Promotion; and/or (ii) conduct analytics to improve the Promoter’s promotions, products or services. The Promoter (or its appointed agents) will not contact you for reasons other than this Promotion unless you have provided your express consent. All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy available at: https://www.pizzahut.co.uk/restaurants/about/privacy-policy and The Data Protection Act 2018.
- Entrants may request their entry or data to be removed by visiting https://customercare.pizzahut.co.uk/hc/en-gb and stating their request. Further prompts may be communicated to effect a data deletion request.
- If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
- By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
